You sat in your bed, your phone laying on the bed next to you, headphone cords discarded somewhere in the giant mess of bed sheets that you laid on. Your mind was racing with thoughts..worried about your friend who had been missing for at least over a week now, no one had found anything. Alex had been plastering photos on Jeff everywhere in the small part of New Jersey that the group lived in. Even you had posted on your twitter account explaining that if anyone had seen Jeff, or had any idea on where he was, to Dm you almost immediately. But..you came up empty handed.

It felt like the world was crumbling, words racing through your head, along the lines of 'it's your fault, he's dead' and more darker thoughts. It made your heart clench as you sniffled, pulling your knees up to your chest, turning into a small little ball of grief and fear. Just as you felt tears start to slip from your eyes, you heard the familiar soft knocking on your door. Lifting your head, you muttered the words 'come in' through a soft weak voice. A familiar face peaked his head into your room. Evan, one of your closest friends that you have made since you moved down here to New Jersey.

Evan had been keeping an eye on you after he noticed you starting to grow distant after Jeff had disappeared. Corey looked at his friend, sniffling as he shuffled on the bed, moving slightly to the side so if Evan wanted to, he could come up and sit down next to him. "Evan, I don't know what to do..Jeff is out there and none of us can actually reach him, something feels wrong..I can feel it.." You spoke, your voice slightly cracking.

Evan crossed the room, now sitting next to you as he placed a hand on your shoulder, before pulling you into a deep and tight hug, "we are going to find him y/n, I want you to stop worrying, ok? Besides, we aren't alone in this, we have Vinny, and even Alex, people are looking for Jeff." Evan spoke as he tried to comfort you. You felt a shiver roll up your spine, everything felt so wrong.

"But what if we don't find him in time, Evan? What if someone killed him!? Or what if he was kidnapped!" You rambled, Evan let out a small sigh, looking at you as he shook his head, "Y/n," He started, voice gentle, "I can see how much this is eating away at you. But panicking won't help, and we need to stay focused, Jeff is out there, and we're going to find him." Evan spoke as you let tears start to build up in your eyes,

Evan got up, helping you off your bed the two of you walked downstairs, you stayed silent, looking down at the ground as Evan looked at you with a worried expression. Vincent was on the worn couch, scanning over papers and stuff. Evan stood next to you as you stared at your brother before Evan let out a small cough, catching the others attention. Vincent lifted his head and turned over to look at his sibling and trusted friend. "Hey guys.." Vincent said, his voice was slightly drained. As you said earlier, Everyone had been looking for Jeff. Everyone was extremely worried about him.

"Hey Vince"
Your voice was meak, and quiet as vincent smiled at you, waving his hand. "Hey Y/n, how you holding up?"

"Could..could be better to be honest.."

Vince let out a small chuckle as he stood up, taking off his glasses as he wiped them over, cleaning them. Evan smiled, wrapping an arm around you, letting you lay your head on his side for warmth and comfort. The air felt slightly less tense, Vince let out a small hum as he looked at his friends, tapping his foot, "So..what are we gonna do about..well..Jeff missing?" Vince said, trying to get straight to the point. There was no point in trying to sugar coat anything. Evan looked at you and Vincent, with a shrug of his shoulders.

"What can we do? We have police looking for him, even some of our viewers who live in Jersey are looking for him."

"Yeah..but we can still contribute?" You responded looking at Evan with a frown on your face.

Vincent nodded his head, agreeing with what his sibling said as Evan looked at the both of you, he didn't seem..well he did seem convinced but he still had doubts. It was obvious in the way he looked at the two siblings. But he didn't try to argue. Vincent handed you both papers. It was..a script? You raised an eyebrow, lifting your head to look up at Vincent with a confused expression.

"A Script? Vincent what are you doing?" You asked him, confused to all hell.

"We can make a video..about Jeff."

"DUDE HE'S NOT DEAD!?" Evan exclaimed looking at vincent with a bewildered expression. Vincent groaned rolling his eyes. "No, I mean we can make a video to Jeff, Im sure the guy still has some form of acess to the internet, so if we make a video to him, then maybe he will see it?" vincent explained, looking at Evan who made an 'o' shape with his mouth, now finally understanding what Vincent was really talking about.

"This sounds dumb."

You slapped Evans shoulder, evan winced, looking at you with a pout. "HEY-"

"The idea is great Vinny, but..maybe we should wait it out a little bit?" You spoke softly, Vincent looked at you, he watched you for a couple seconds, like Vincent was observing your body structure, trying to see if you were...uncomfortable, upset and sad. On the inside you were hurting, you and Jeff had gotten extremely close over the corse of you being here in New Jersey.

"We can wait, but Y/n..you are gonna be ok, right?" Vincent asked you, his expression shifting into one of worry as the two boys turned to look at you. You looked at them...

"Yeah..Yeah I think I'll be alright.."

Why would you lie to them?
