its a cold day in the Albaster icelands, we can see a young man in a cabin thats close to a ice lake, this young man is lakes, a 22 year old man, he is wearing red tunics that hug his upper body, black leggings and red boots, he has long silver hair, his eyes are like a rainbow, he has been living in these icey mountains due to...complications with both clans, there was legend that a child with rainbow eyes would destroy both clans and gain a mark on both eyes by almighty sinnoh, so since he was a kid, he was chased and hated for having rainbow eyes so he fled to the Albaster icelands and has lived here ever since because he felt he had a connection with the cold.
lakes left his cabin and went to hunt while holding his honedge that looks similarly like a hunting axe

for some reason, this honedge doesn't sucks lakes soul out when he grabs the handle of his body, seems like he likes lakes for a reason, the notes that this native honedge have are ''it was once a normal axe from a mighty warrior that died in war, said warrior then possessed this axe and wishes to be wield in battle. It is said that however holds its handle, honedge will suck its soul out.'' Lakes then decided to go to the Obsidian Fieldlands since thats where he usually hunts for food, it is a trip of 4 hours to get there so he has to follow the river if he wants to reach there.
4 hours later...
Lakes finally reached the Obsidian Fieldlands, although tired, hes here to get food and return home, he rested a bit with his back touching a tree, after a few minutes, he got up and took hold of honedge and started his hunt while also grabbing some berries and chopping some wood.

Lakes got to hunting, his senses much sharper than before, like he was a apex predator, it scared some of the pokémon in the forest such as teddiursas and bunearies and unfortanely those and a few other species were his target, once he found a lone and lost starly trying to find his flock, he threw honedge with all his might, hitting the bird in its body, due to the size of honedge, starly flew back a couple feet before hitting a tree and getting stuck on it with the blade of honedge stabbed through it, killing it instantly, the force of impact made the tree shake a bit startling a bunch of pidove, lakes removed honedge from the tree and picked up the corpse of the starly, lakes started to go deeper into the forest, lakes killed a list of pokémon is: 2 teddyursas, 3 shinx and 2 bunearys, he putted the bodies in his bag, while returning to his home, he encountered a few diamond clan members harassing a alpha beedrill, they were using fire type pokémon to weaken it to use against the pearl clan, lakes knew this and released his starter pokémon, chimchar, although he is different from the ones we know

Lakes: Chimchar use thundershock!
chimchar obliges to the command and uses thundershock on one of the fire types the trainers are using, not knocking it out but doing decent damage to the both fire types, Lakes didn't waste anymore time and rushed to one of the clan members that where stunned due to their pokémon receiving damage and craved honedge in its neck, making said clan member choke on his own blood while honedge sucked its soul out.

the other clan member tried to punch Lakes but he dodged while dropping his hold on honedge, Lakes then grabbed said member by his arm and threw him over his shoulder while chimchar finished both fire types that were a magby and a houndour, the member lost his air when he hit the ground, the alpha beedrill then started to get up and flap its wings, she looked angry, beedrill then started to stung said member with its stingers all the while he screamed in agony, blood splattered all over the ground, trees and some got to Lakes while he looked to the event occur in front of his eyes with no emotions besides hatred, after a few minutes, beedrill stopped stabbing the clan member because he's dead and look at lakes with thankful eyes, Lakes noticed the look and his glare softened, Lakes returned chimchar to his pokeball and started going away with his bag full of food and the beedrill decided to follow lakes as he murmured
