I thought as I climbed up the hill trying hard not to collapse. Now you may be wondering why the hell I'm doing such a thing. Well normally when you help someone out, they would say thanks, give you a pat on the back. NOT MAKE YOU HIKE INTO THE MOUNTAINS TO TRAIN FOR A STUPID MATCH AGAINST SOMEONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS TALKING IN THIRD PERSON AND SMELLS LIKE MEAT OVER A GRILL!
"Come on Isa you can do it!"
Rias said calling out from up ahead, neither she, Akeno, or Asia were carrying anything. I on the other hand was carrying a heavy backpack, with two certain females sitting on it.
"Any particular reason you two are going along with this?"
I asked as I looked up at Raynare and Kalawarna.
"Well to be fair we're not part of the peerage, so we don't have to do anything."
Raynare said with a bit of a teasing smirk. Kala basically had one too, but hers was a tad more sadistic.
"Stop complaining, this is good for you, be grateful we're helping you get stronger."
Kala said letting her coach persona show a bit. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind this but ... they could just fly ahead!
"Besides partner, who else do you know that can support this weight and two beautiful women?"
Ddraig said as I looked up again and saw something the others didn't. I wasn't just lifting a heavy bag plus Raynare and Kala. I was lifting a heavy bag, Raynare, Kala, PLUS DEATH AND SIN! I was practically lifting more than what they thought I was!
"Yeah so grateful."
I said as Kiba passed me.
"I'm going on ahead."
He said before Koneko passed me as well with a bag the size of a house.
"Keep up slowpoke."
Koneko said as she passes me.
"Well Ddraig you asked who could do this, there's your answer."
I thought as I could feel Ddraig's shock. I just sigh and continue walking, although as I look down I see a familiar noodle poking it's head out the top of my shirt's breast pocket. As it flicks it's tongue, I see Death's bird flying up ahead enjoying the open space. I just chuckle and push forward, hell I probably shocked everyone by starting to run up the hill.
"Like hell you two are passing me up!"
I yelled, I swear I could see Koneko smiling as I passed her. Not to mention the three girls up ahead smiling or being shocked.
