"Rielle chill". Avi said
"Well, Avi I'm calm but how do you expect me to feel when you bring one of your hoes to the house and she's wearing your shirt!" She exclaimed."Come on Avi I really didn't expect this from you." She added.
Did this bitch just call me a hoe?
"Excuse me Avrielle, I am not "one of his hoes" I'm just as friend who had to spend the night due to some circumstances." I said, almost losing it.
"Oh really and my dad is Bill Gates," she scoffed.
"Guys can you two just calm down." Avi said, trying to ease the tension
"Ava why don't you wait in my room." Avi said
I glared at him before walking to his room.
"She even knows your room!" Avrielle exclaimed.
"Can you please be quiet and stop over reacting. Look she's a really close friend of mine and I don't want her to hate me, so just stop this madness." Avi said in a whisper but I could still hear him.
I heard a few whispers, but they eventually stopped. I felt weird and decided to leave Avi's room.
"Uhm Avi, I think I should leave now," I said.
"No, I'm sorry for how I reacted I was just stressed, and Avi didn't tell me his girlfriend was spending the night," she said with a smirk.
"No." Avi and I said at the same time causing Avrielle to laugh, she looked beautiful just then I noticed the resemblance. Her dimples were very noticeable, her teeth were straight and white, light brown eyes, black curly hair, dark glowing skin, a well-defined jawline like she has been mewing her whole life, her figure was slim, slender, and pink, plump lips to top it up.
"Okay uhm..." she said trying to guess my name.
"Ava," Avi and I said at the same time, Avrielle cleared her throat and said, "friends they say."
"Shut up Rielle," Avi chuckled.
"So... Ava tell me about yourself and how you met your 'friend'," she said, air quoting the 'friends.' I laughed before telling her everything, about my scholarship, the cafe, the hotel, the playground and how I got here. It turns out that Avrielle is a sweetheart, but I didn't tell her about Adrian.
In the middle of our discussion my phone rang, "excuse me." I said before answering.
"Hello?" I said into my phone.
"Yes, am I speaking to Miss Ava Yila?" the man asked.
"Yes," I replied.
"Okay, this is Mr. Ross from Harvard and there is a room available for you now, so we expect you to be in your dorm on Saturday because nursing lectures start on Monday." He said. I was so excited, at least I would start school.
"This is great news, thank you so much. I'll start preparing as soon as possible." I said with a huge grin.
"Okay Ava see you soon, goodnight," Mr. Ross said into the phone.
"Thank you and goodnight," I said before the line went dead.
I couldn't stop smiling, "so are you going to tell me what happened?" Avrielle asked. I nodded before telling her everything.
"Ouu congrats girl!" she said.
"What happened?" Avi asked as he came into the room.
"I just got a call from school, I have a dorm room now and classes start on Monday," I said excitedly.
