Echo continued to glance towards the clock just waiting for class to be over, rolling her eyes she huffed and looked to see that Mr. Dyus was looking over to the clock while talking about the lesson. Once the bell had rung everyone bounded out of the room while Mr. Dyus merely set his book down looking to be relieved that all the students were leaving his class. Echo rolled her eyes at him and left the room quietly. Walking down the hall she could hear the chatter of the students.

“Did you hear?” One girl gossiped while Echo entered her room for homeroom, and she was quite interested at what they had to say. So she lingered at a safe distance while taking her seat.

“I know, there’s a new student and I hear he’s simply gorgeous!” The other girl squeaked while swooning at imagining at what he could simply look like, and once the topic of a ‘gorgeous man’ appeared Echo suddenly lost interest, but she wondered secretly about who could want to change schools at the end of October.

“There he is!” They hushed and watched as a stranger walked into the room, his looks were rather attractive. How is dark brunette hair was slightly messy and the long loose strands of hair just went to the back of his neck and towards his face it was shorter to frame his face quite nicely, even if it still looked messy. His eyes were such a dark brown they almost looked black, and after that long observation she noticed how he caught her staring. Echo only blinked and continued to watch him not going to look away like how the other girls would then gush. Watching him she saw that he was going to walk over to her but he was ambushed by the more confident girls in the classroom.

“Serves him right.” Echo muttered while running her fingers through her champagne blonde hair that was smooth. She had put her hair in a simple side ponytail, her jagged fringed cut bangs lightly covered her eyebrows which she didn’t mind. Once the bell rung she took her chance to get out of the room while the girls were distracted, but the guys all trudged out of the room blocking the door for a second. With a huff she finally got out then glanced back only to continue on with her day.

Looking left to right she saw no cars and continued on walking down the sidewalk with her bag on her shoulder, she had decided to visit Ed since she hadn’t yesterday. Only she began to wonder if it would be bad to just suddenly visit unannounced, but she was already so close to his house that she didn’t feel like turning back just yet. With a sigh she looked down the dirt road and blinked to see Classy sitting there as if waiting, and soon classy stood up then walked down the road so Echo followed her like she had last time, only she was calmly walking.

Ed blinked seeing a familiar face and concealed that smirk that tempted to appear on his lips, and his gentle fingers placed themselves on the chilled window since October was soon ending, “So she has decided to come back.” He observed while watching Classy guide Echo down the road towards his home, “What a pleasant surprise.” A knock then reached his door and the sound echoed throughout the home so he pulled his long coat closer to his body then walked down the stairs to reach the door.

“Coming!” He hollered smoothly and soon opened the door to see Classy scamper into the room not enjoying how cold it was getting outside.

“U-Um, I hope I’m not inconveniencing you for just coming without notice.” She pulled at her sleeve shyly, and so he opened the door wider to welcome her inside.

“No, no. I don’t mind at all, in fact I’m quite pleased by the sudden surprise visit.” He smiled ever so charmingly that it sent a chill down her spine, “I was beginning to wonder when you would be back.” Ed continued on while closing the door.
