Jimin opened his eyes, feeling the heaviness in his eyelids. It took him a few minutes to process his surroundings and figure out where he was.
Then, he remembered Jackson, and he gasped when he saw Tae laying beside him. He cursed himself under his breath.
Jimin: Fuck! What is Tae doing here?
Jimin wasn't scared for himself; he was scared for Tae. He approached Tae, relieved to see that they weren't tied up and that no one else was around. Tae was unconscious.
Jimin shook him, trying to wake him up.
Jimin: Tae!
Anyone could sense the worry in Jimin's voice.
Jimin: Why the fuck did you come here?
Jimin blamed himself for Tae's presence.
Finally, Tae woke up. He opened his eyes and, upon seeing Jimin, the first thing he did was hug him tightly. For a few minutes, Jimin was confused and overwhelmed by emotions. He had forgotten how to hug back.
Tae: Are you okay, soulmate?
Tae asked, his eyes filled with tears. Finally, Jimin let his own tears flow, tears he had been hiding for many days.
Jimin: W-why did you come here, Tae?
Jimin asked after pulling away from the hug.
Tae: Then what did you expect? To leave you alone here? I'm not that cruel.
Jimin broke eye contact, feeling guilty.
Jimin: I'm sorry, Tae. (teary eyes)
Tae: How many times, Jimin?
Jimin: Until you forgive me.
Tae: But I already did.
Jimin was confused for a moment, taking a few seconds to understand.
Jimin: You really? You forgive me?
Tae: Yes, I did.
Jimin smiled, tears still in his eyes.
Tae: Now, don't cry.
Jimin: Hmm, but you shouldn't have come here.
Tae: Are you insane, Jimin? How can you trust any unknown person, huh?
Jimin: I've known him from the start, Tae.
Tae: What do you mean?
