"You won't even look at me!" Ghost raised his voice as he slammed the door to your office, watching you intently. You'd been avoiding him recently, and he'll be damned if he lets it continue on without reason.

"Tell me why you've been avoiding me. I won't ask again, or I'll force it out of you." He locked the door to your office, leaning against it with his arms crossed.

The silence following was deafening, the tension thick.

She stares up at him through half-lidded eyes, lips pursed around the end of her cigarette.
She takes a deep inhale of the smoke, slowly releasing it from her nose and tapping the ash into the ashtray.

She rests her elbows on the edge of the table, titling her head and licking her lips, a small smirk playing on them.

Ghost stares you down, his dead eyes burning into yours. A deep shiver runs down your spine as you feel his gaze on you, taking in your every move. He steps closer to your desk, reaching out and running a finger gently over your lower lip.

"That smile..." he whispers, his hand moving down to your chest, "It suits you."

The air between you is thick, heavy, and hot.

She grabs his wrist before his hand can wander any further, tutting.

"Tut, tut, tut," she sighs, letting go of his wrist and kicking her feet up onto the table, leaning back in her seat. From there, she stares up at him, arms crossed over her mid-section.

"What do you want." she pauses. "why do you want?"

His hand falls beside him, stilling as he considers you. "You," he says simply.

His gaze runs up and down your figure as her shoes kick up onto the table, his jaw clenching and unclenching.

"I want you," he says, his voice dropping to a deep rumble, "Now."

"And if I decline?" she says abruptly, taking another drag of the cigarette, the thick plume of smoke exiting through her nose and swirling in the air.

Her smile is mocking, teasing - cruel.

He knows she plays games. he knows that all too well, and she knows he knows.

She just loves the thrill.

Ghost steps closer to you until he's inches from your face, his gaze blazing with desire.

"You're not declining," he says softly as his other hand travels to your chin, his thumb ghosting down your jaw slowly.

"You want me, just as much as..." He pauses, leaning closer.

"As much as I want you," he finishes, his hot breath washing over your skin. He leans in and brushes his lips against yours, just a small, gentle kiss, before stepping back, his eyes holding yours.

"Oh, you poor thing." she sighs, taking a final drag of her cigarette and leaning over to put it out in the ash tray.

"Who on earth told you that?" she hums, tilting her head. "I know I sure as hell didn't."

She blinks up at him, those lifeless, pale blue eyes, the same ones that haunt and plague his dreams and thoughts, now eating away at his pride.

Ghost stares at you as though he's been slapped. The heat of betrayal seeping through his veins, his jaw clenched tightly in anger.

His voice is deadly and cold as he leans in again, his words cutting deep like a blade.

"After everything we've been through.." he hisses, his tone dripping with a hint of sadness, "I'm nothing to you? Is that what you're telling me?"
