The peace summit was well underway, there was of course some debate and negotiations which of course was a given. After everything was said and done The Three Factions signed and the summit was over. After all of that was over, time slowed down and I was standing in a void. Standing before me was a very angry Ophis, she had a large aura around her.

"Why do you insist on ruining my plans?!" she questioned.

"Why would I not stop someone who would cause harm to those I care for and their families. What exactly were you trying to achieve with having the three factions go to war with each other?" I questioned her right back.

"You wouldn't understand why I'm doing this, and the war between the factions was not my idea nor any idea of the party members." she said.

"What exactly wouldn't I understand Ophis? The fact that you threatened a friend of mine to kill me because I wouldn't join your group. Do you realize I run a small  country that always needs attention, and that I'm almost always up to my eyeballs in paperwork. I mean really, you self centered dragon god you must be the biggest thorn in my side. Tell me what you were trying to accomplish." I said.

"I was trying to get my home back." she said sadly.

"You didn't think to ask for help did you, you decided to rely on scare tactics and threats. Since you're so powerful you think everyone would just bow to you and lend you help because you're you. You'd be sadly mistaken, not everyone will do such a thing and you have made an enemy of the three factions and my country. You should have simply asked instead of trying to use the tactics that you did to get the help you needed. Know that if you ever threaten anyone I care for ever again that I will do everything in my power to take you down." I said.

"Then you should know, that I won't stop and that you won't be able to beat me." she said.

"I'll die trying if I must, I've come too far to give up and built so much to stop. If I must I will go to war to save those I love and what I believe in." I said.

"Why are you so aggravating, why can't you just join me. You and your forces are what I can use to take back my home, and if you released Vali so he could help we could definitely win." she said.

"No you tried to disrupt peace, kill a close friend, bring death to my country, and threatened those I care for. The only way I would ever help you is if you were to beg on your hands and knees to everyone and be sincere, and even then it would need to be a miracle. I doubt you would ever bring yourself to beg for aid, you have to much pride and that will be your end." I said.

"Now send me back." I said.

She crossed her arms and I was standing back in the meeting room, time went back to normal and celebrations began. Outside fireworks sounded, and the leaders of the factions shook hands and celebrated with drinks. I felt a hand grasp mine and I looked over and saw Rias, who was looking slightly embarrassed holding my hand.

"C-Can we go somewhere private F/n?" she asked.

"Of course dear." I said.

Her face got a bit more red at my words and I smiled. We walked out of the meeting room and walked down to my office which had an amazing view of the city. She let go of my hand and turned to face me. I could tell she wanted to tell me something.

"Rias my dear, whatever you want to say just tell me." I said.

"I-I want you to take me." she said almost as red as her hair.

I paused for a moment since even after all my years of life I'm still learning the lingo as they call it. It finally hit me what she meant.

"O-Oh Rias I think you're not ready for that yet. You should finish your schooling first before you think of that." I said.

"Do you not love me?" she asked sounding heart broken.

I quickly pulled her into a kiss and she stiffened but soon melted into the kiss. After a few seconds I pulled away and held her at arms length.

"Don't you ever think I don't love you, I just want you to be ready for that type of commitment. That means finishing your schooling." I said.

She nodded her head and I brought her in for a hug.
We stayed like that until I heard a knock on my office door. I pulled away and told the person to enter.

"Sir you wanted to see the troops." said Hanz.

"Yes thank you Lieutenant." I said.

I summoned a uniform for Rias and I held it out to her.

"You can wear this if you want, I'm planning to show the faction leaders the might of New Germany their new allies." I said.

Rias suddenly started to take off her clothes and I turned around to give her privacy.

After a few moments she asked me for help, I turned and she had no shirt on but had her brazier held in place but had the clips undone.

"Could you help me darling?" she asked.

"Oh of course my dear." I said as I clipped her brazier.

I then turned around and a few more moments passed, and I heard her clear her throat.

I turned and saw her standing there with her hands clasped together and she looked stunning. I held out my arm and she looped hers through and we left to go to the balcony that overlooked the city center which was fairly large.

The faction leaders and the others who were in the meeting were there already, and I went to the front and once I was visible the crowds of civilians cheered and the soldiers started to march past below. I had an army of two million strong this is not including all of the pilots, tank crews, armored personnel carrier drivers and so on. Columns of armored units passed below us and I could tell that the leaders were amazed to say the least.
