Protecting Kyla

Part 5

I finally got to One Directions house after running two blocks from my house just after the huge incident.

I'm still crying. Harder than I ever have before. I haven't looked in the mirror but I know I probably look like I have two pufferfish under my eyes balls.

"Oh my god! Kyla are you okay!?" Liam asks me, noticing.

I can't answer. I can't stop crying. Liam starts to freak out.

"WHERE'S NIALL!" He asks starting to realize something has just happened.

Louis and the rest walk in after hearing Liam yell.

"WOAH! Kyla what's wrong!?" Louis asks.

"Are you ok?!" Askes Zayn.

Liam starts freaking out more and more.

"KYLA YOUR NOT WITH NAILL WHERE IS HE!?

Harry realizes I can't talk with me crying so much and tells me

"Ok Kyla come sit down." we walk to the couches and sit.

"Now take a deep breath." I listen and take a deep breath trying to calm down.

Harry sits on the floor beside me.

Are you ok now? Can you tell us where Niall is?" he says softly while rubbing my back to let me know it all ok.

"I don't know" I answer trying my hardest not to think about what could be happening right now.

"What do you mean?" Zayn asks.

'I ant not think about it!'I say in my head.

"I don't even know if he's alive!" I yell then start to cry again.

All the boys start to freak out.

"KYLA!"

Louis start to say.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN!? WHAT ARE TALKING ABOUT!?"

"Please tell us what happened!!!" Liam says.

"Ok well. I'm sorry Harry. But you girlfriend likes Niall and talked to him when you left yesterday. She said that Niall could brake up with me and go out with her while you two are dating."

"Well, I'll brake up with her later. I don't care about her anymore! Where's Niall and what does that have to do with him being dead or alive!?"

I took a deep breath.

"Well, I invited Niall over to watch a movie."

"Yeah we know he told us he was going over to your house before he left" Louis said hurrying up the story.

"The power went crazy. The lights went off, the tv went black, and then she came up on the tv screen. She had a knife and told me to whatch my back. Then Niall stood up to protect me as she came to kill me in the kitchen. He told me to run here right when he runs to the kitchen to stop her. He also told me if he doesn't make it..."

I stop in mid sentence.

"What?" Liam asks.

"To date Harry." I say

"He knows you'll protect me. Especially for him." I tell Harry looking at him.

"Oh..." Harry says pretty shocked.

"This is a lot to take in but...." Harry stops in. Mid-sentence and walks over and sits next to me while tears are rushing down my face and some of the other boys too.

He puts his arm around me.

"I promise, Kyla, I'll always protect you. You deserve the best boyfriend in the world, and I'll try my hardest to be that boy." he tells me.

I lay my head on his shoulder and start to cry and he kisses me on the head holding me tight.
