Yes I know I suck at writing stories, so it is gonna be hard to choose because all of my stories are crap but anyways, here are the options:-
Demons au:
Kokushibou is a demon or like the demon king of his own kingdom. Douma is just a normal citizen from the ice kingdom. The demon king had fallen in love with him.
Hashira Douma au:
Douma here is a hashira but Kokushibou is still an uppermoon. One day he meets Douma and thinks about not harming him but he didn't know that he was gonna fall in love with him.
Yandere Douma au:
Douma is madly inlove with Michikatsu and they are a married couple. If anyone gets too close to Michikatsu, Douma tortured then and kills them
Some of my other ideas were:-

ii) Kokushibou turns into a baby
iii) kokudou angst and akadou
iv) Normal au
v) zombie apocalypse au
vi) uppermoon group chat (multiple ships included)
