CHAPTER 14

"We look like a family. Mama is mama. Uncle is papa." Wooyoung grinned.

"You're right." San agreed immediately.

"Enough, let's sit down. Do you want to eat or play first?" Jiyeon cuts them.

"Play!"

"Eat!"

"Okay you can go play first then come eat. Mingi and San, you can eat first."

"Okay mama. Let's go." Yunho invited Wooyoung and Yeosang to play.

"Don't go far."

"Don't worry, uncle with us."

They ran and played around with laughter. Hongjoong also joined them.

"Uncle is so nice." Mingi suddenly said as he sat on the mat. Jiyeon smiled and nodded.

"I want a smoothie."

"I know you want a smoothie, that's why you don't want to play first."

"Mama knows me well."

"Here." Jiyeon took out a smoothie and gave it to Mingi.

"What do you want, Sannie?"

"Sandwich."

"Here."

"Not this one, mama."

"What?"

"This is not mine, I have no tomatoes."

"Oh, my mistake."

San chuckled. "It's okay."

He took another sandwich, the one without tomatoes and bit into it.

"Shiber want a smoothie too? Okay, here." San put a straw in his plushie's mouth.

Jiyeon smiled. San knows how to play himself. Mingi laughed at him, he found his brother very cute.

"Shiber likes it?"

"Yes, he said it's so delicious." He smiled showing his smiling eyes.

"Can I have jelly?" Mingi put his sandwich on the side.

"You haven't finished your sandwich yet. Finish that first then I'll give jelly to you." Mingi nodded and took back his sandwich. He is a slow eater so it takes a while to finish it.

"I want jelly too."

"Sure." Jiyeon caressed San's hair.

Mingi and San finished their sandwiches and were eating jellies. Then the other boys came running.

"Mama, I'm hungry."

"I'm thirsty."

They said panting.

"Sit down first. Here." Jiyeon gave them each other sandwiches and smoothies.

They sat down and enjoyed their food.

"I want to go play."

"Me too."

"Let me go with you. Hongjoong, eat while I take care of Mingi and San." Hongjoong nodded and Jiyeon got up, left with her two heroes.

"What's that? Cookies?" Wooyoung saw a container of cookie bars on the mat.

"That's right. I packed with mama and Mingi earlier."

"I want to eat it later."

"Finish your sandwich first then eat cookies." Hongjoong now sounds like Jiyeon.

"Butterfly! There's a butterfly in your hair, Yeosang."

Yeosang tried to move. "Don't move. It is very beautiful. Like you."

Yeosang smiled at Wooyoung's praise. He stopped to move and just let the butterfly on his hair until it flew away.

After spending a few times playing, they all sat together on the picnic mat. Wooyoung on Jiyeon's lap and Yeosang on Hongjoong's lap. The rest sat on their own ass on the mat.

"It's so fun to spend time like this. I wanna do this every day." Mingi said with sweat all over his forehead.

Jiyeon chuckled and pulled out a tissue. "We can't do this every day, hun. Every weekend perhaps yes." She wiped the sweat on Mingi's forehead.

"When will we have papa?" Wooyoung looked up at his mom.

Jiyeon almost choked on her saliva.

"We have uncle Hongjoong." San said while looking at Hongjoong.

Hongjoong just blinked a few times and pretended to brush Yeosang's hair with his fingers.

"He's our bodyguard." Yunho stated.

"But he looks like he's not." San argued back.

"Okay enough kids, let's pack up. We need to go home." Everyone whined as she said so.

"Already?" San asked with a pout.

"Yes, it's late. Do you want to stay here until night?"

"Yes." San answered.

"Okay then, you can stay here but I'm going home." Jiyeon lifted Wooyoung up.

"I'm going home too. I'm too scared to stay here without mama." Wooyoung put on his shoes.

"Me too." San wakes up.

"You said you wanted to stay here." Jiyeon a little bit teased.

"Not without you."

"Yeah you will cry later." Wooyoung teased.

"Woo!"

"Okay don't fight. Help me with this."

Wooyoung stuck his tongue out at San and hurried up to help his mom. Pouty San also helps throw smoothie cups into the trash. He only held one as he held Shiber in his other hand.

Yunho and Mingi help Hongjoong fold the picnic mat while Wooyoung and Yeosang throw the other trash into the bin. They picked one by one since they have small hands. But it got done fast since they were fast.

Once finished all the things, they went home. They stopped at McDonalds drive-thru to take away dinner. Then the kids went to bed earlier than usual since they were very tired.

San and Yeosang ate their dinner with their eyes closed. Not sure if they chew or not before swallowing fried chicken and fries. Sure they did since they were still alive.
