Suitcase was feeling down lately, she missed balloon and the challenges haven't been getting better. Ever since Mephone and Toilet left, II2 hasn't really had its spark. Of course there is Lightbulb, for now the crew has been entertained with yarn spaghetti classes and pond days, but it was obvious that everyone was missing the rest of the crew. As Suitcase sat down at a shady tree she thought about the old team, she had hoped Nickel wasn't too mad at her...
A figure ran past her. Suitcase almost fell, being quite surprised that there was someone else here. Some shuffling in a bush was heard and a crab appeared out of the grass. "Baxter?" Suitcase questioned. Suitcase pondered on how it got here. Did Paintbrush forget it? They(?) aren't one of the forgetful types, especially with how important Baxter is for Lightbulb and them (or is it he?). Maybe she should go get Baxter for Lightbulb?
Baxter clacked his claws and ran off. "Baxter! Wait!" Getting up to go chase after the scurrying crab, As she ran she noticed Baxter was holding a little pocket watch in its claw. Weird. Baxter ran on until he made it to the soda machine. "Baxter!" Suitcase yelled, but it was to late, Baxter tapped a button on the soda machine and just as Suitcase was going to grab him, a pipe appeared and sucked the two up.
"Noooo!"
"Ahhhhhh!" She screamed, falling in what seemed to be a pit. It took Suitcase some while to calm down, and once she did she found herself falling very, very slowly.
Looking down at the pitch dark underneath her, it reminded her of the lake. Suitcase shivered, she rather not think of that. Taking note of her surroundings, she noticed that there were many bookshelves and posters of formulas. "Could this be a lab?" Suitcase pondered as she fell. She noticed a jar that read "Orange Marmalade". Unfortunately empty, Suitcase stored it in her case, maybe Lightbulb would want it.
While she fell, Suitcase thought to herself, "I wonder what they're doing without me?" Suitcase fell through the air, chucking at the thought of Knife suggesting an arm wrestling contest for the 48th time, or Me Pad teaching another gardening class, she could already imagine talking to Baseball about adventures and such, and maybe Me Pad would make cookies, as long as they're not raisin.
Suitcase landed in a heap of dry leaves and twigs. She wasn't a bit hurt, and hopped off the pile and into a long passage way Baxter still running away. "Baxter get back here!" Suitcase called, running after the speedy little thing. Baxter slipped into a gap and Suitcase found herself in a hallway with a lot of doors.
Suitcase tried a door, locked. And so was the next. Suitcase tried all the doors before walking to the center again, and there she found a table with a tiny gold key. They were obviously too small for them, and as she walked through the hall she found a low curtain. Inside was a tiny door, and when she tried the key it fit perfectly. Looking inside, she found a beautiful land with a sunny landscape. Unfortunately she was quite too large to fit.
"What am I supposed to do now?" Suitcase sighed walking back to the center. Now at the table she found a small bottle. "Drink me?" Suitcase questioned, looking at the label. She wasn't too sure about following the instructions, the last time someone drank something weird they split into two (and recombined). Who knows what could happen with this one? But then again, she really didn't have no choice. Sipping the drink she found it tasted like apple juice, and finished it in a snap.
"Is it me or does the table look shorter?" Suitcase looked at the table, it was now over her head."Woah! Im shrinking!" As she was now shorter than the table, she had now realized that she had forgotten something important. "The key!"Suitcase cried, now looking at the key that glissened in the clear table, as if taunting her. Suitcase looked for a way up the table, but she found nothing, and she wasn't the best climber.
Feeling exasperated, Suitcase sat down on one of the legs, pondering how she would ever get out of this mess. She noticed some little cakes on the leg she was sitting on, "What sorta challenge even is this?" Suitcase sighed. She popped them in her mouth, hoping to at least get some way out of this mess.
