"So for today's lesson, we will be learning chakra control."
.Kakashi-sensei, even thought he was not fully healed yet, decided to teach the kids. Naruko, Sasuke and Saku followed Kakashi-sensei to an empty ground, with Naruko's arm slung around Saku's shoulder. He insisted on helping her get to training, even after she had protested.
"So, focus all your charkra on the soles of your feet, and concentrate. You will be able to do this." Kakashi nonchalantly walked up a tree, vertically, with all his bandages, considering he wasn't fully healed yet.
"I don't think I processed that," Naruko said.
"Same here, how?" Saku replied.
"Hn."
"Now you try it, guys," Kakashi climbed down.
"But is it safe for Naruko-chan to do it? Considering she only recovered last night," Saku asked, concerned.
"Nah, I'll be fine," Naruko pulled away from Saku, and to Saku's dismay, went to stand with Sasuke instead.
"Ok, ok, guys try now," Kakashi stepped back.
Naruko grunted as she balled her fists, trying to force chakra into her legs. She sprinted for the tree, but failed, falling to the ground. Same happened with Sasuke, but he ran a few metres up before falling. Only difference is that he landed on his feet.
"Ugh."
Saku had already reached the top of the tree. Kakashi applauded. "Saku's chakra control is the best, right?" Sasuke and Naruko looked away.
"Naruko-chan, you can do it! Sasuke, I hope you don't!" Saku called, smiling from the tree innocently."
"Tch."
Evening arrived, and soon Naruko and Sasuke were able to climb at least a few more metres before falling.
"Guys, it is time to return back," Kakashi said, turning to the direction of Tazuna's house. Saku jumped down the tree and followed his sensei, but Naruko did not have that in mind.
"Hey! I am staying here! Not going home until I reach the top of the tree," She yelled.
"Eh? Ok. Just come back in one piece."
"I'll stay too," Sasuke said.
Naruko jerked her head towards Sasuke and sneered.
"Its a race to the top now, teme!"
"Hn."
"1,2,3!"
