Easter suprise

March 20th 2024, A 5 year old girl named Violet, was looking forward to Easter since she was the best at finding the eggs, although Violet was only 5 years old she was very mature, her whole life she was only around grown ups her older brother is 16 and she lives with her mum, dad, granny and grandma. She isn't the best at maths or science but her common sense was outstanding. Her school finishes in a week and she got her mum, named Lola to get the decorations out so the whole family can decorate. Violet grabbed the huge rabbit teddy and sat it on there couch. Lola giggled and told her to blow up the giant Easter rabbit. Violet pulled it outside and got her brother Jimmy to get the electric blower. Jimmy went to get it from the attic and found a letter addressed to him. He sat on a box and read it,
Dear Jimmy,
My name is Talia, and I am your biological mother I don't know when or if you will ever read this but I just want you to know the truth. I am very sorry that I didn't get to know you. I am sure you are a great child and I am sorry that I don't know how to look after you I gave birth to you very young and i know that is not an Excuse but I wanted a girl anyway.
Jimmy started crying but held back his tears and brought the electric machine down to her.
"Thank you Jimmy would you like to help put some decorations up we could do with some extra hands."
"Of course let me bring out the box and I can hold you up so you can put the paper bunnies above the window."
Violet clapped her hands and shrieked in happiness.

Jimmy went to there mum and showed her the letter his eyes started to tear up,
"How could you hide the letter, why would you not say anything." Jimmy cried
"I didn't say anything because I thought you would hate me, and chose them over me I'm sorry."
"Who knows?"
"Everyone except Violet."
"Tell her after Easter she needs to know."
Jimmy went back in the front garden and lifted violet up to the window.  They finally finished and the house was all done. 30th March.
"Yay mummy it's Easter tomorrow I can't wait for the Easter bunny to come!" Violet said excitedly
"Yes I wonder if she will give us extra chocolate eggs this year."
"I hope so we did extra decorations."  Jimmy laughed
The dad came downstairs with granny and grandma and told everyone that they found an Easter movie. They all sat and watched the movie together with popcorn and sweets.
"That was a great film good pick guys! I'm going to refill my popcorn since granny ate it all and we can find another one." Violet giggled
"Oh don't be silly I will refill it you sit down and find another film." The granny commented.
"Thank you granny."

The next day, Easter, violet got up and rang the dinner bell to wake everyone up and ran outside, Jimmy chased after her and they all grabbed a basket and got on with it the grandma made everyone a tea and hot chocolate. Violet found 2 big eggs and 10 small eggs, Jimmy found 2 big eggs and 10 small eggs and the Adults got 3 small eggs and 1 big egg.  A week after the mum told violet the truth about Jimmy but she didn't care she told them that she loves him no matter what and always will. Jimmy hugged her and said how much she is a great sister. Violet smiled and ate her chocolate eggs.
