The Judge

Prologue

Izuku is sitting in his seat in the classroom barely listening to what the teacher is saying "Okay students we will be picking the highschools you will be going to. Well it seems Bakugo already has sent an application to UA."

The class begins to whisper around and sounds of

'With his quirk he could definitely get in.'

'Bakugo is strong but he is cocky as hell.'

'And he also has an attitude.'

'You guys really can't say that's a flaw look at Endevor.'

While everyone is still whispering Izuku is still not paying attention but is brought back by a yell from Katsuki saying "ALL OF YOU EXTRAS HAVE NO RIGHT TALKING ABOUT ME."

Izuku looks at him with boredom and thinks 'Oh here he goes again."

"THE BEST ANY OF YOU PEOPLE HERE COULD DO IS BE A SIDEKICK TO SOME D LIST HERO!!"

The class is then brought into an uproar and everyone starts calling Katsuki arrogant and things of that nature but Katsuki doesn't stop "IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT I'LL KICK ALL YOUR ASSES!"

The teacher than starts to bring the class back down to a calm level then says "Well it seems nobody else has applied to another school yet I assume you all are still choosing."

"Oh wait it seems Midoriya has also picked a school aswell." Whispers begin to go around the classroom again.

'Midoriya must have applied for UA.'

'Yea with his quirk he could definitely get into the hero course.'

'He could also pass the written test without any difficulty.'

"Oh this is surprising... Midoriya are you sure about this?" The teacher says causing everyone to look at Izuku

"Yes sir I am sure about my school of choice are you underestimating my knowledge?" Izuku says staring at the teacher with his emerald green eyes.

"Of course not Midoriya I know you're a genius so it wouldn't be a problem for you getting in this school but."

He is cut off by Midoriya saying "No i rather not be a hero I see no need in being in the spot light to that degree."

"While Midoriya I do understand that the spotlight might bother you but we both know that if you become a hero you would be high in the ranks for sure."

"That might be true but, I think my intellect will be better used at Stanford University I have already contacted the school board they have said even though I am 15 I can take a test to be admitted in the school early if I pass."

The teacher looks at Izuku and says "What exactly are you going to study if you go there?"

"I will be studying in Criminal law to become a Criminal Defense Lawyer like my father."

Before the conversation of student and teacher could continue the bell rings signaling that school is over. "Class is dismissed." The teacher says that and immediately walks out.

While Izuku is packing up his things to leave a small explosion lands on his desk Izuku looks up lazily to see Bakugo looking at him with an arrogant smile.

"Well nerd I guess you finally realized that I'm the stronger one of the two of us. That must be the reason you aren't going to UA."

"Katsuki the reason I am not going to UA was already explained. I'm sure everyone currently in this room knows that I could beat you with no problem."

Bakugo scoffs and walks off without saying anything else. When Bakugo leave Izuku continues to pack and leave the school.

While Izuku is walking under a bridge be hind him he hears slushing around and turns to see a moving pile of slug with eyes and a mouth.

"You will be the perfect meat shield to help me get away from him."

Without another word Izuku kicks one rock at the villain to the body and kicks another toward its eye.

The one that was sent at the body went through the villain without the villain showing any visible damage taken but, the rock that was sent at its eye struck and the villain yelped in pain.

"Oh I get it now.. it was obvious but I just had to make sure. Any part of your body that is sludge can't take physical attacks but any part that is not sludge can be hit."

With the observation Izuku just made he activates his quirk causing blue energy to surge all around him. He then appears infront of the villain slamming his fist into the teeth of the villain causing the sludge villain to get sent flying back.

Before Izuku could continue with his assault he hears a voice. "HAVE NO FEAR FOR I AM HERE!!"

Izuku slightly turns and sees the symbol of peace All Might. Without any hesitation Izuku speeds off not wanting the hero to even catch a glimpse of him.

"I have a career as a Lawyer I rather not have that taking away from me by a worthless villain."

9 1/2 months TimeSkip

Izuku has discovered a lot about crime and the things villains commit. He is walking down a path in the forest to think about his career path.

He hears a scream further in the forest. He shoots off into the direction of the yelling and comes to see a girl being pushed against a tree by a big looking man.

"Shut up bitch! Nobody can even hear you out here so let's just have some fun."

"Help me.." are the final words the girl says before she closes her eyes but as she does that she hears a loud crash she  shoots open her eyes and sees Izuku surging with blue energy with his fist held out as if he just punched something.

She looks to where his fist is aimed and sees the man that tried to rape her laying down 10 meters away on the ground. "I think I finally know why people like All Might and Eraserhead become heroes... To stop the problem before it becomes serious."

Izuku walks off with an annoyed expression on his face. "Oh and Ma'am call the police." Izuku yells back at the lady.x xxxxx

After Izuku get back home he sees his mother in the kitchen making his favorite food. "Oh honey I'm making katsudon for dinner take a seat at the table it'll be done any minute." Inko says with a smile.

"Yes I see that but mother I have to tell you something."

"And what would that be?"

"I have decided to go to UA, not Stanford. I intend to become a hero so I can stop criminals before they have commit the crime."

Inko looks at Izuku for a few seconds trying to see if he is joking after she realizes he is serious she smiles.

"Well I guess you won't be a lawyer like your father. You do know you have 12 days left to train for UA and you never trained a Day in your life your quirk has always just been good enough to give you an extreme boost in physical attributes."

"12 days you say... that's more than enough time for me to get my quirk to a hero worthy level.
