Izuku's POV
HAHAHAHA this angry pomeranian actually thought he could take me. I grabbed his signature right hook and effortlessly shoulder-flipped him, sitting on his back.

"Hey Bakugo, it's good to see you again! If you don't think I've earned my place in UA, why don't you fight me? I'm sure you'll change your mind!" I chirped happily. Gasps resounded among the class, but I was still smiling at the dandelion. His expression morphed into pure rage as he shoved me off. (I wasn't even holding him tight, just sitting on him, and I'm really light)

Bakugo glares at me. I let him dash forward, making the first move. I jump up at the last second when he comes with a right hook (again), kick his head from above, quickly run behind him, sweep his legs out from under him, and grab him in a triangle choke hold.

"I'm not the useless Deku you knew all those years ago, Bakugo." I hiss in his ear. "And I'm sure I have more combat experience than you've ever had." I release him, and he stumbles in the direction of our classmates.

Bakugo's POV (a ton of swearing, you have been warrned)
What. The. Actual. F*ck. Just. Happened. How the f*ck did sh*tty Deku get so strong?! I could barely see him f*cking move! How f*cking fast is he?! WHAT THE F*CK?!?

Before I can charge forward again to confront him, he releases a wave of bloodlust. It's enough for bile to rise in my throat, to glue me in place. It's directly aimed for me. It's right now that I realise the gap between us, a chasm of difference. What the f*ck happened to Deku this past few years?

Izuku's POV
After easily taming the rabid pomeranian, Dadzawa announced that he made a ✨RATIONAL DECEPTION✨ and he's, in fact, not expelling the last student. Who was Hagakure-san, who was extremely relieved. I roll my eyes, smiling at his antics. Dadzawa never changes.

As soon as we go into the changing rooms to get back into uniform, the boys start surrounding me. "That was so manly, Midoriya!" "That was soo cool! How'd you move so fast without a Quirk?" Questions bounce left and right, and the blue-haired guy comes to help me.

"Silence! I understand that many of you may be excited or awed by that fight, but we should give Midoriya-kun his personal space!" He yells, waving his arms like a windmill. I nod thankfully to him. Maybe this guy isn't too bad, he's just super strict.

-Timeskip to lunch brought to you by lazy writing (sorry)-

"Midoriya-kun, would you like to eat together?" Iida asks as the bell rings. "Ok, Toshi, you joining?" I ask. Toshi nods and the three of us go to the cafeteria. Along the way, a brunette comes over, introducing herself as Uraraka, and she ends up sitting with us.

"Midoriya-kun, I'm kinda curious, why do you need headphones if you don't have a Quirk?" Uraraka-san asks as we eat.

"Well, I have really sensitive hearing because of... um, circumstances. So I can hear a lot of things and in crowded areas, it's kind of an overload." I explain. A soft "ohh" comes from Uraraka-san as we continue eating.

"SECURITY LEVEL THREE HAS BEEN BROKEN. ALL STUDENTS. PLEASE EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY FASHION. I REPEAT, SECURITY LEVEL THREE HS BEEN BROKEN. UA HAS BEEN INFILTRATED. PLEASE EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY MANNER."  The alarm blares, making me wince from the loud noise and the panic that is surrounding us.

'Orderly fashion'? Yea... no. Every student starts panicking and swarming into the hallways, and the four of us being unwillingly pushed along.

"Oww!! What's going on?!" Uraraka-san whimpers as we get shoved into the mass of people.

"Such a rapid response to danger!! I'd expect no less from this great institution!!" Iida-kun yells.

"Not the time, Iida! And it's a little too rapid, everyone's panicking..." Toshi murmurs, like he's unfazed.

Personally, I hate crowded places where everyone's pushing me and there's way too many sounds. My headphones get shoved off, and that's the last straw. My ears instantly hearing everything from the fast and panicked heartbeats of students to the students yelling to stop.

I focus my hearing. I feel my ears bleeding from the excessive sound, but now's not the time. I hear Dadzawa and Pops. Outside UA. A crowd of people? Asking questions... My mind clicks, and I figure out that it's the media. I immediately take action. Jumping up onto a random exit sign, I whistle at the top of my lungs.

"It's just the press! Chill! And shut the h*ll up!" I yell. "Calm down and return to your classrooms!" I jump down from the sign, landing next to Toshi.

Later in the day, Toshi, Uraraka-san, Iida-kun and I are walking home. Maybe... it's fine to have friends. Maybe I don't need to be alone like during my vigilante work anymore. Maybe I can have a semblance of peace. Please, if only for a little while.

Let me have a peaceful high-school life. The kind of peace I've never had before.

I am soo sorry for the filler chapter :'( I can't think of what to writeee T^T I'll (hopefully) make it up to y'alls in subsequent chapters.
