CHAPTER 23 - Deep down

Haneul pov:

" Attorney Choi , our Boxing club has been existing for 15 years now . We have national atheletes in our club , you need to think about it and withdraw the case . I'm sure you wouldn't want our nation from losing talented atheletes " one of the three men infront of me said with a sly smirk.

" Years or nation , that doesn't matter to me. You'll have been scamming the poor school kids who came for training , and you'll have the audacity to come and convince the opposition lawyer ? Get a life you'll " I said scoffing . 

" How much money do you need ? We'll get you more than you can imagine " the guy said smirking .   

" I have more money than your three generations could have , get lost now. And your boss can't come and talk to me directly ? Why he's always sending you'll three musketeers ? " I said and the guys looked at eachother .

" You'll still didn't leave ? " I asked raising my eyebrows and they left one by one. I picked up my phone and saw an unknown number , with the words Trustfund Hospital appearing on Truecaller.   " Hello is this Attorney Haneul ? " a women asked from the other side.

" Yes it is , how can I help you ? " I asked back.  " Do you know Choi Soobin ? You're on his frequent callers list , so I had to call you " she said and I started to panic.  

" Yes I know him . Where's Soobin ? What happened to him ? " I asked as I packed my bag and took my coat rushing outside.

" He met with an accident mam , please come to Trustfund hopsital " she informed .

Taehyun and Beomgyu came rushing to the Hospital and stopped by the reception .  " Choi Soobin , may I know which ward ? " Taehyun asked politely .   " He's in Ward 17 , first floor and turn right , 7th room right there " she said and they thanked her before leaving to the first floor.

Taehyun and Beomgyu spotted Haneul sitting with her head hung low infront of the room .  " Haneul shi " Beomgyu called sitting next to her and she looked up .   " You guys are here sooner than I expected " she said looking at the two . 

" We were nearby , how's Soobin hyung ? Is he doing fine ? " Taehyun asked as he sat on the other side .  " Yeah he is , he escaped major injuries . Let's wait for the Doctor " she said and they nodded . The Doctor came out and all three of them stood up.

" How's Soobin now ? " Haneul enquired .  " His right leg is fractured , also he sustained few injuries in his hand and head . Fortunately he escaped major injuries. He fell unconscious from shock , he'll be up in 10 mins . I'll list down the medicines to be followed for 10 days , he should be in complete bed rest . You'll can go and see him " The doctor said and we bowed at him before going inside .

Haneul sat next to Soobin who was lying on the bed unconscious , she caressed his head slowly. " Soobin seeing you sleep for hours at home looks more fine than seeing you here in this state , why should this happen to you ? " she said sighing .  Beomgyu and Taehyun sat on the other side together , worry was evident in their eyes . 

Soobin slowly opened his eyes , the bright light on the ceiling somewhat scared him .  " Aaaaah" He screamed and sat up making the others shook .   " Soobin calm down , we are here " Haneul said patting the boy's back comfortingly and he looked at her and the other two , finally calming himself down.
