A pleasant morning had arrived in Uttarasaadhaka Gurukul. Activities used to start in Gurukul even before sunrise.

Health was the top priority of Uttarasaadhaka Gurukul. It was believed that a sick person can neither be useful for himself nor society. That's why everyone needed to be healthy.

The vigilant aacharyas of the Uttarasaadhaka gurukul knew very well that as easy as thinking of staying healthy, staying healthy every day is equally difficult. Through research, they knew this universal fact very well that humans have become civilized so to say, but due to this civilization, humans become victims of diseases.

To achieve a complex goal like health easily and conveniently, the aacharyas of the health department discovered ten principles according to the Aryan climate. To whom they had given the form of Uttarasaadhaka gurukul's tradition.

The first principle; wake up an hour before sunrise and drink lukewarm water without rinsing the mouth.

There are three main aspects of this theory, first is 'the right time to get up', second is 'the first external substance going into the body after getting up' and the third is 'not to rinse'.

The right time to get up is considered to be at least an hour before sunrise, as all the necessary processes that take place beyond this stage get suitable time.

Lukewarm water is considered the best as the first substance to enter the body after waking up. This odorless and tasteless liquid is full of properties as well as it is easily digestible. Since the maximum amount of water is in the human body, when the body gets water after getting up, the body gets the second most important thing after pranavayu (oxygen).

It is forbidden to rinse after getting up and before drinking lukewarm water, the person who does this is even called a fool. The Saliva that accumulates in the mouth throughout the night is known as nectar for the digestive system, so it is advised not to waste that saliva by gargling, but with the help of lukewarm water, it should be carried inside the body.

Drinking lukewarm water also fills the stomach and also makes the stomach soft, whose benefit would be essential in the upcoming activities. After that, defecation should be done. Datun (soft branch of any tree) should be used to clean the teeth, tongue, and throat.

The second principle; is Pranayama and Yoga should be done on an empty stomach an hour before sunrise.

There were four aspects of this principle, the first 'time to get up', the second 'empty stomach' the third 'Pranayama', and the fourth 'Yoga practice'.

The right time to get up has already been told. The second important thing is that while doing Pranayama and yoga, the digestion process should not go on in the body so that the food being digested by being disorganized cannot come out of the mouth and if it cannot come out by being disorganized do not create any other kind of disturbance in the body.

That's why it is important to have an empty stomach.

Now since you drank only lukewarm water a while ago, it must have been easily digested in the body by now. Such a situation is considered appropriate because at this time the stomach is empty and soft. This position of the stomach is considered best for doing Pranayama and yoga.

Pranayama is a very simple and very effective action, by which all the small and big diseases arising and already formed in the body are destroyed. Just as sweat, urine, and stool automatically clean the body, in the same way, a wise human with the help of Pranayama frees his body from diseases every day.

The human body stands on a framework of bones. There are many joints in this structure. As much as strong bones are needed for a healthy body, flexible and healthy joints are also needed. Yoga practice is such a simple and miraculous action that all the joints of the body become flexible and healthy. A person who practices yoga daily ensures that his joints will continue to function smoothly for a long time.

The third principle; have the best meal as shortly as the sun rises.

There are two main points of this theory, the first is 'when to eat' and the second is 'what to eat'.

The time of sunrise is considered best for eating because at this time the Jathar Agni (gastric blaze), which helps in the digestion of food, is in its Rodra roop (top form).

This Jathar Agni, which executes the process of digestion, is available in huge quantities starting from sunrise and for the next two and a half hours. That's why every person should have food as momentarily as the sun rises.

Raw vegetables should be consumed as momentarily as the sun rises. Sprouted pulses should be eaten after one hour. At last, fruits and nuts should be eaten after one hour.

It should be ensured that time is given between one meal to another and food should be eaten within two and a half hours before sunrise. This is how a person can best use Jathar Agni.

Raw vegetables, sprouted pulses, fruits, and nuts are considered to be the best food because in these, all those elements are naturally present, which are necessary to keep the human body running and to give growth to the human body.

In short, a person who eats raw vegetables, sprouted pulses, fruits, and nuts within two and a half hours of sunrise can enjoy a strong human body for a long time.

The fourth principle; two and a half hours after the sun rises, education should be taken continuously for the next four hours.

Work related to education should be done immediately after the morning meal for the next four hours because at that time the body and mind are in the best condition.

Due to the abundance of the Jathar Agni, our body does not become lethargic and the body gets the necessary energy fast. There is no other thought or thing in the mind, so teaching is easily understood.

With daily practice, our mind automatically reaches a very good state for four hours.

The fifth principle is; that tongue gratification should be administered immediately after four hours of learning and rest for one and a half hours.

This principle has two aspects, first is 'delicious food' and the second is 'rest'.

After studying, such delicious food should be enjoyed, which makes our minds happy. The people of Aryavarta believe that the human body is so precious that a soul only occasionally gets a human body after traveling through the world in the bodies of many types of living beings.

So it is necessary to enjoy the human body, otherwise, the significance of this gift given by Mother Nature will be neglected.

When it comes to the enjoyment of the human body, delicious food has its special place in it. Except for humans, all other living beings eat only what is available naturally. Man is the only creature who knows how to mix different types of elements in such a way that the food does not become poisonous, it becomes easily digestible and it also becomes delicious.

Apart from humans, all other living beings are never able to eat food in peace. Many times it happens that one living being is eating and another living being comes and eats the first living being as food.

There is only one human being in the universe who can sit comfortably and enjoy well-digestible, nutritious, and delicious food.

That's why a special time was chosen for the delicious food at Uttarasaadhaka Gurukul. So while eating delicious food, a person feels how beneficial it is to be a human being. So that every human being who has become a human being can sincerely thank Mother Nature for the gift given in the form of the human body.

Apart from this, it is also the time when the human body should eat hard grains.

After four hours of engrossing reading, sit back and enjoy a delicious meal and then rest for an hour and a half.

Here it should be kept in mind that after eating delicious food in the form of hard grains, one should rest for one and a half hours but should not sleep.

Due to the afternoon, the blood pressure increases, so neither walking nor doing any laborious activity should be done. The body becomes extremely lethargic while digesting grains, hence the chances of falling asleep increase. If you fall asleep, diseases will grip you and there will be problems sleeping at night.

That's why this time should be spent in conversation.
