„Beoms! Have you heard something about the new student that we're gonna have?" Yeonjun asked Beomgyu who was sitting next to him.

„I heard that he's often absent. So stubborn." Beomgyu answered his question while sassily rolling his eyes. Taehyun, another member of their friend group, spoke up.

„He is often absent. I also heard that he's pretty tall and his last name is Choi." He said. He and Beomgyu are the smart ones in their friend group. Yeonjun and Kai are the ones who never study.

„He is surely older than me and Taehyun," Kai said earning a glare from Taehyun.

„Why you gotta look at me like that? What did I say?" Kai asked Taehyun in disbelief.

„You didn't use honorifics."

„I thought we already dropped that."

„We did drop it."

„Then why are you mad about it?"

„I don't know."

Yeonjun burst out laughing with Beomgyu. They both bickered about it like it was a big thing.

Yeonjun's teacher walked in with a tall boy next to her. She clapped to get the student's attention and made those who weren't at their seats, go to their seats.

„Okay, class! This is your new student, Choi Soobin! Soobin would you introduce yourself?" she said with a smile.

„Hello, everyone! I'm Soobin. Let's be good friends!" He said with a smile.

„Okay, you may sit next to Yeonjun. Yeonjun please raise your hand." Yeonjun did as he was told and Soobin approached him and sat down.

What Yeonjun and no one knew about Soobin is that he is a mafia. Soobin did feel somewhat weird as he looked at Yeonjun. The reason why he had come to this school was a mission. The principal's daughter is said to be using and trading drugs, mostly cocaine.

As Soobin sat down next to Yeonjun, he greeted him with a gentle smile then both of them started focusing on the lesson.

Finally, the bell's ringing echoed throughout the whole school.

Yeonjun stood up and packed his things silently as Soobin looked like he was hurrying somewhere. It was the 1st class and the last together since the highest graders had to graduate so they got the day free.

Yeonjun decided that he'd follow Soobin, his curiosity too big to don't.

Soobin hurried out of the school, Yeonjun behind him without Soobin knowing.

Soobin entered a dark alley and made a phone call. His phone was loud enough for Yeonjun to hear.

„Soobin-ssi, did you find her?"

„I did. She's a student in SOPA."

„It was expected. Her father is the principal."

„What should I do with her?"

„Catch her doing drugs. Her father won't believe us if we just go to him and report his daughter without proof."

„Why is this my mission? Why can't Kai do it? He has friends at this school and he's also a legit student."

„Soobin-ssi, Kai is different. He has friends at SOPA and they would be lurking around him, making the mission difficult."

„I get it but still, I feel like it's not fair."

„Soobin, don't make me."

„Alright, alright. I'll get going now."

„Okay, bye Soobin."

„Bye."

And with that, the phone call ended. Did Kai know Soobin? Was he talking about his friend, Kai?

„Yes, it's him, Yeonjun," Soobin said out loud and looked over at the corner where Yeonjun was hiding.

„How did you know?"

„It was easy," Soobin said with a calm expression but he felt his heart beating fast with nervousness about what Yeonjun heard.

„Now that we are at it, Soobin, you could tell me a few things," Yeonjun said as he approached Soobin, making him back off.

„N-No, I have nothing to explain." Soobin stuttered. He thought Yeonjun would be harsh with him, ordering an explanation but he was wrong.

Yeonjun was about to hug him if he didn't flinch away.

„Soobin, what's wrong? I just wanna hug you." Yeonjun could see the fear and nerve in his eyes as he trembled. Soobin gave in slowly and Yeonjun hugged him.

„Soobin, please tell me. Is this someone bothering you?" Yeonjun asked softly.

„H-He makes me d-do things that I d-don't want." The younger stuttered as a safe feeling washed over him.

He liked this. He didn't feel safe for a long time.

„What does he make you do?" Yeonjun asked again, drawing slow comforting circles on the taller's back.

„He makes me kidnap people. L-Like now the p-principles daughter. S-She is s-said to do d-drugs." Soobin stuttered again, slowly calming down.

„I'm gonna take you home, Soobin," Yeonjun said and gently pulled away from him. Yeonjun called a taxi to take them to his apartment. Yeonjun lived alone. His parents bought him an apartment so going to school will be easier for him.

„So that's all." Soobin sighed. He told Yeonjun everything. As if it was timing, he called Soobin.

„Put it on speaker, Soob," Yeonjun said before Soobin accepted the call and put it on speaker.

„Soobin-ssi, how is it going?" A stern male voice, the same one from before was heard.

„I haven't found her. She must be hiding well to do drugs to don't get caught." Soobin lied.

„Soobin is busy right now, the principal's daughter got killed like 3 hours ago and it already turned out that she was doing drugs. It also turned out 30 minutes later in the investigation that her mother killed her." Yeonjun read out about what happened.

„Soobin is also quitting this so-called job, where you make him kidnap people and do other illegal stuff," Yeonjun said sternly, shocking the man on the other side of the phone.

„Who are you?!"

„Soobin's classmate. My name's Yeonjun and you better get off of Soobin and Kai." He said, almost like a warning.

„Huh? What will you do?" the man said and his smirk almost can be heard.

„Oh, don't worry, I already reported to the police department," Yeonjun stated with a sneaky smirk.

„Oh, you little-„

„I know right? I'm a genius. So you better get off of Soobin and Kai, bitch." And with that, Yeonjun took Soobin's phone and hung up. Soobin looked at Yeonjun with hearty eyes.

„Me too, Bin," Yeonjun stated with a gentle smile and pulled Soobin in a sweet and warm kiss.
