Science fiction. The escape!
She is not anywhere, it seems she has managed to escape again. And this time she is not alone, she is in the company of her few friends, who just like her, were supposed to guard the members of the tribunal of this planet. Where nothing happens without the consent of the tribunal. They say, tribunal was formed after the world witnessed drastic climate changes and extreme global warming.
"But why does she keep escaping every time she is assigned the job of guarding the members of the tribunal?"
It is everyone's question, and right now this was the question asked by the protection squad member who has joined as her replacement. And this person has so many questions, having questions is not bad at all, but if only I have to answer all of them. Well that is not fun!
The tribunal members and others miss her because she is the best. Best in everything. And I miss her in particular, because everyday she asked me just one question and that was it. Nothing less and nothing more.
I wish her replacement were like her. But then nobody can be like her and that is why the tribunal wants ro find her anyhow.
I am Ramsees, and I belong to the same squad that protects the tribunal members. Who are trying their best to restore order across the globe, but they are failing at it terribly. There is something missing that they are unable to understand. Most of the population considers the tribunal to be a liability because it has started focusing on policies that do not matter to the main population of the planet.
And many members of the tribunal and most of the squad members think she must have lost her faith in the tribunal just like many others, and this may have led to her disappearance. But in 2075, nothing can disappear without the knowledge of the systems that monitor every activity in and around the city. Right now, all these hi tech systems appear to have failed. And completely so.
Among the growing global crisis, the tribunal members are at high risk. This is why they desperately need her back. And finding her is my job.
Here I am still thinking, where to begin and how to find her. Because she has left no trail behind, she has somehow disabled her tracking device too and I am left with no choice but to pray, if Heavens could transform the sky into a huge mirror and reflect her image. I know that may appear to be a delirious imagination, but in desperation it is the only way to seek some inspiration. Converting the sky into a mirror is not possible, but turning the sky into a huge eye that can scan every micro inch of the planet is possible.
I have activated the satellites and they are scanning the planet to locate her. It has been more than 5 days but there is no clue about her whereabouts. And she is not an exiguous organism that cannot be captured by the high precision cameras of these satellites. For the common people she is evolving into a hero, whereas for the squad and tribunal she is the most invidious subject they have to deal with. What makes it extremely ironic is the fact that they need her more than she needs them. And there is a reason for this.
Not only is she a perfect combat specialist, she also possesses the heart of gold and the mind of a million supercomputers. So, you can guess why the tribunal needs her and why the common people love her so much.
And it is a pitiable situation because the tribunal is like a cat that is prowling in the night to kill a rat. It pounces on the rat, clutches the rat tenderly in her jaws, and although it is famished the cat cannot bite the rat. It is as complex as this. At least for the tribunal it is. But I know, there are few tribunal members who are really hard working, honest and they sincerely want to serve the main population. And it is my guess, they know where she is.
