I stared up at the sky from where I lay on the hill, I sighed deeply missing my husband, it'd been so heck tick in the kingdom it felt like I hadn't seen him in years. I closed my eyes hoping to dream of him when I heard some footsteps and a familair chuckle, I assumed i'd fallen asleep before realizing I was perfectly awake

"hey beautiful~" I smiled as I felt yugo lay down beside me, wrapping me in his arms and pulling me close "whats a pretty thing like you doing out here all alone?~" I smiled responding warmly "waiting for my husband to keep me warm and safe~"

yugo's pov

I smiled as my wife came into view, i'd missed her so much that i'd felt like giving up on being king. "long time no see, are you okay?" I spoke gently worried she might blame me for my absence. I was beyond happy when she sat up kissed me and looked to the sky "all those stars just for the two us" she spoke exhaustion dripping from her voice, but her determination to stay awake with me more controlling, knowing in the morning we'd be apart again

the two stayed up the rest of the night, happily cuddling into each other, having missed their partners presence for so long. The next day everyone just decided to leave the two alone, allowing themselves a day break, from the stress of recent events.
