The Wild One's

I knew from the start I was breaking pack rules. I also knew I would pay but the temptation was so great I couldn't stand it. I took off through camp out into the forest, my tail wagging behind me. I told myself I would stay only a minute but I knew I would stay longer. Once I arrived I slunk down on my stomach. I could feel the cold seeping from the ground into warm shaggy fur. I quickly found safety behind a berry bush down wind or at least I thought it was down wind. I watched the wolves gather around a large pointed rock shaped like a wolf's frong fangs. Some of the wolves were from my pack most from other packs I didn't know existed. The smell was horrible specifically from one pack consisting of mostly black and dark grey wolves, they smelled of death. The other packs smell similar to my but at the same time different. The wolves started slowing their conversations as the leader from my pack and two others appeared from on top of the tooth shaped rock. The wind started blowing muffling the words they spoke. I strained to here the conversation. Once the wind stoped rustling I could here again. I herd foot steps close to the bush so I thought I better get going then I felt this sharp pain coming from the top of my neck. I started running in a silent panick then was lifted into the air. I howled for help from the other wolves and cryed helplessly as they all watched my panicking. I then took a deep breath and realized my mother had picked me up, I knew I was in big trouble now. My mother walked through the crowd of strange wolves and took me to the rock. The strange wolves watched in silence as my mother carried me, only the wolves from my pack talk quietly among themselves. My mother started her way up the tooth rock a droped me half the way up then bowed her head and started back down the rock I gave a little puppy wimper (sense I was one at the time) and looked up as the pack leaders beckoned me up the rock.
