"This pizza is fucking delicious."
"Hey, don't swear!"
"Shut up, Ashton."
He looked down with a frown on his lips, crossing his arms and huffing.
"Ash, I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that."
"Leave me alone." He pouted and scooted over.
I slowly got up, walking up behind the chair he was sitting in. His head was facing down towards his lap, so I took advantage of it.
I quickly wrapped my arms around him, furiously kissing his cheek repeatedly.
"Ew, Lukey! Gross!"
I giggled, pulling back and saying, "You love it, hush."
He shook his head with a small smile on his face.
"Duh."
That one word made butterflies erupt in my stomach.
I let out a breathless chuckle, smiling at the ground.
"Lukey, I-"
Ashton's words were cut off by his phone ringing. He sighed, pulling his phone from his back pocket and rolling his eyes at the ID.
"Toby."
That was all he said before answering it, giving me a sad smile and walking away.
When I knew he was out of the room, I lay my head down on the counter, letting out a sigh that sounded more like a sob.
Stupid Toby. He ruins everything. Idiot.
"Toby, I'm with Luke right now."
I lifted my head at the sound of my name, listening in on the conversation.
"Really? All this, and now you think I'm cheating on you? Do you really think I'm that kind of guy?"
Silence.
"Asshole."
Ashton walked back into the room. His jawline was tight, and he was tense. I don't know whether to be turned on or scared.
" 'm so sorry, Luke. Let's go watch a movie, yeah?" He smiled, but I knew it was fake.
"Yeah." I grabbed his hand and pulled him up to his room where his tv and movies were.
"Ash?"
"Yeah?"
"I have a question.."
"What is it?"
"Can we watch Supernatural on Netflix?"
He laughed, nodded and putting on Episode 15 of Season five, which is where we left off last time.
He sat on his bed, motioning me to sit next to him. I climbed on, cuddling into his side.
I looked up at his face. He was looking at the tv, a smile on his face.
And this one was real.
