Jane couldn't stop smiling. She was finally back with Alec and Leo. Her siblings had welcomed her back with open arms―at least, as open as Ares cabin got.
"I can't believe you're really back," Leo whispered, hugging her from behind. Her grin widened.
"I'm back, Repair Boy," she replied, "and I'm not leaving again." Alec snorted.
"You act like she's been gone for a thousand years. But," he admitted, "it felt like you were gone much, much longer than that." Jane kissed her brother's cheek.
"Yes, yes it did!" a cheery, beautiful piped up, its source unclear.
Leo's brow furrowed. "I know that voice," he muttered.
"You should. After all, I did help you." Nya smirked, leaning casually against the Ares cabin.
"Nya?" Jane asked skeptically. Nya nodded.
"That's me...I think. Or did someone impersonate me?" Her voice climbed, her mouth twitched upward. Jane pressed her lips into a thin line to keep laughing.
"Guess who's here? The Cullens." Nya announced. Leo smirked, then frowned.
"I seriously hope Rosalie is done with me and her. It ain't gonna happen." Jane rolled her eyes.
"Valdez, she can't. We're engaged, and Emmett is her mate. They made up after..." She trailed off, not wanting to bring up her death.
"Yeah, plus, I'd kill her." Nya said, filling the awkward silence.
"I hope you won't." Alice's tinkling voice said behind Leo.
"Sup, Pixie?" Nya asked teasingly, twirling a chunk of her curly hair. Alice half-smiled.
"Um...the sky. Seriously, Princess, you should know this by now." Nya rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, yeah. We all know I'm an idiot." Leo smirked and threw an arm around her shoulders.
"Yes, yes we do." Nya shook him off. "Aw, come on," Leo complained, "I was just joking!" Nya crosses her arms over her chest and turned away, where the Cullens and packs were standing together.
One of them, the youngest of Jacob's pack, turned and looked at her. His dark eyes met Nya's blue ones, and neither of them had the power to look away. A warning bell went off in Nya's head. Are you serious? She thought. Do you want your heart broken again?
No, not again. I don't want to be broken again.

Seth watched the girl from his spot on the porch of the Big House, transfixed by her un-human beauty. Her eyes were a cold, clear dark blue, like a chunk of frozen sapphire. Her curly ebony hair went down to her shoulders, twisted into uneven pigtails. A floppy yellow beanie was pulled over her dark curls, and yellow hoop earrings had been thrown into her ears.
"Seth, you okay?" Jacob asked as he shook his shaggy black hair out of his face.
"You look like the dog did when he imprinted." Rosalie observed, flashing a blinding, gloating half-smile at Jacob.
"Who is it?" Renesmee asked, trying―and failing― to follow Seth's dreamy, dark-eyed gaze. Edward let out a low chuckle in response to the werewolf's dazed half-formed thoughts.
"See the girl next to that red cabin? The one who is reading? That is her. From everyone else's minds, I found out her name is Nya. She is the daughter of Caius and Gaea. When Jane died, she took care of Leo Valdez. She and Jane have been friends for centuries. Nya, like Renesmee, is a vampire hybrid, only she is half god, rather than half-human." he explained, twisting his fingers through Bella's.
Renesmee frowned, "Why didn't you just read Nya's mind? It would've made it a lot easier," she said, flipping her auburn curls over one shoulder.
Edward shrugged. "I cannot read her mind. She is a Copy Cat. Every power from someone she has been around has been given to her. For example, right now she could be listening into this conversation."
Carlisle, who had been engaged in conversation with Chiron, finally turned back to them. "Who is listening to us?" he asked, his golden eyes roving over the grounds. Edward managed a smile,
"No one, Carlisle. At least, I do not think so."

"Nya, what is wrong with you?" Jane asked worriedly, brushing a strand of blond hair out of her eyes. "You have been very...odd." She chose her words carefully, not wanting to upset her friend.
Leo slipped his arms around his fiancee's waist. "What's weird about Nya? This time, I mean." He planted a sloppy kiss on Jane's cheek.
She giggled. "She is just...distracted. I am worried about her, Leo. I do not want to lose my best friend. She has done so much for me, I must do something for her." Her green-eyed gaze turned serious and distant.
"Hey," Nya placed her hand on the blonde's shoulder, "we're friends. We help each other out, even though it's tough. You don't have to do anything for me, J. I love you 'cause you're not afraid to be yourself. You're quiet, fierce, and protective of those you love. Those are the reasons I'm your friend. Not because I want favors." Jane couldn't stop the tiny smile that brightened her lovely face,
"I love you, too, Nya."
I'm sorry, don't hit me! *ducks**stands back up* Hey, nothing was thrown at me that time! *pie hits me in the face*
Haha, thanks, Nya.
Nya: You're welcome, Flame Brain. *sits down*
