Hinata searched his wardrobe for the 3rd time after having a mini breakdown because he claims he has 'nothing to wear' but eventually settles on a pair of black baggy jeans , a grey hoodie and his North face puffer jacket he also added some other bits to tie the outfit together like necklace his mom got him for his birthday and a bracelet natsu made him along with a ring that he stole from kenma last time he stayed over

Not having the patience to deal with his hair, he threw on a black beanie, then looked in the mirror and decided he hated winter because he couldn't wear all his colourful clothes

Since Hinatas' house was a bit further than tsukishimas, the plan was for hinata to walk to tsukishimas' house and kageyama to walk to yamaguchis house so they could meet where they part ways on the way home from school

Knowing he was supposed to have left his house about 5 minutes ago, hinata picked out a pair of shoes struggling to decide between black and white Converse or panda dunks, but eventually ended up wearing panda dunks

He rushed out of his house, slightly skipping to tsukishimas' house, so he wasn't late while in the process checking if he had everything he needed, patting his jeans pocked 'phone check' then his coat pocket 'phone charger yes' then taking his phone out of his pocket to check his account balance 'money yeah I guess' after a good 15 minutes of speed walking hinata reached tsukishimas house knocking on the door

Tsukishima opened the door wearing grey pants, a black t shirt, a watch on his wrist, and vans on his feet

"Hey, tsukishima!!" Hinata beamed

"Come in , I've still gotta go retrieve my coat out of Akiteru's room,"

"Okay!"

Tsukishima led hinata to the living room where his mom was because based off dinner the other day, they got on well and wouldn't mind being together for a minute of two while he went and stole back his coat from akiteru's room

Tsukishima made his way upstairs into Akiteru's room , searching his wardrobe for his grey carhartt coat, eventually finding it on a hanger he put it on not bothering to zip it up just yet then made his way back downstairs only to find his mom sitting on the sofa with hinata next to her perring over her shoulder as she scrolled through her phone showing hinata something

"He looks so cute in that one !!" Hinata said in awe

"I know, right? He was such a grumpy baby sometimes but so cute. "

"Mom. Please stop, " tsukishima said out of embarrassment

Hinata and kei's mother chuckled before hinata got up with little stretch, ready to leave

"Bye."
"Goodbye!!"

The boys said before leaving the house and making their way to where yamaguchi and kageyama were probably already waiting for them

"You look good !!" Hinata said as they walked side by side

Tsukishimas mind went blank not knowing how to response does he be salty and reply with something cocky or does he say thank you or does he reciprocate the compliment because it was undeniably that hinata did look good even somewhat cute with the beanie on and wisps of his hair sticking out at all angles

Realising he was taking too long to answer, he mustered up a quiet "Thank you, hinata."

Hinata smiled in response

Tsukishimas noticed how hinatas' eyes squinted, making him admire how long shoyos eyelashes were,

"You have nice eyelashes" tsukishima though he said this in his head but clearly not when hinatas eyes widened
