We see Jaune & Marceline running through the gate as they exit the candy kingdom and then stop as they start breathing for air, you know, from avoiding jaune's old team, sister, friends & nemesis (aka: that dickwad Cardin)
Marceline: Jaune, why are they even here anyway?
She asked in between breathes
Jaune: my guess, to apologize to me and want me to forgive them, but you and I know that's never gonna happen, not after what they've done to me.
He said in between breathes as well
Marceline: well, like I said back when we first met, it's a good thing that you still have ones who stayed by your side in your time of need, right?
Jaune just nodded
Marceline: also, come with me, I know a place where we can lay low.
She said as she grabbed jaune's hand, but then a sun ray hit Marceline's hand, which caused her to get hurt because, well, you know why
Jaune: are you ok?
He asked in worry
Marceline: yeah, I'm ok, it's just that I get burned quite easily by the sun.
She answered as jaune raised an eyebrow
Jaune: but you're wearing a hat right now.
He pointed out as Marceline sighed

She said as she and Jaune enter the forest to arrive at Marceline's secret place to lay low
(AT THE TAVERN)
we see that teams RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, Cardin & Saphron's family are getting irritated at the squid patron, who's spewing blood out of the many stab wounds he told them to make
Nora: (irritated) will you please.... just tell us.... where Jaune is?
She asked while being, well, irritated
Squid patron: oh I will, right after you stab me in the neck.... actually, that's not a good idea. (gets dizzy) is that a star with a face on it?
Then Yang had enough as she grabbed the patron by the shirt
Yang: JUST TELL US WHERE HE IS, DAMN IT!!!
She angrily yelled, then the squid patron looked at the cotta arcs & team CFVY
Squid patron: let me guess, are you the ones who stayed by Jaune's side?
He asked as they looked shocked
Coco: how do you know that?!
She demanded as velvet glared at the patron
Squid patron: because before he left with a vamp girl named Marceline, he told us everything about what he's been through, he even told us about the exact people who were on his side when he needed help the most. Aka: the cotta arcs & Team CFVY.... aka: you people.
Then the tavern owner, dirt beer guy spoke up
Dirt beer guy: it's true, he told those people & our princess in the back and we overheard their conversation.
He said as he pointed at Finn, Huntress wizard, Jake, PB & Simon
Jake: It's true, he told us everything!!!!
As Blake saw Jake talk, she screamed as she jumped onto the ceiling and teams RWBY & JNPR look at the squid patron
Squid patron: but I'll just go and tell you where I think he might be right now. there's a log cabin, right in the middle of the forest not far from the candy kingdom.
Then he fainted on the ground due to blood loss, not dead, but he's in a blood loss coma
After he fainted on the ground, Team CFVY & the cotta arcs glared at Teams RWBY & JNPR
Terra: don't even think about following us.
She said as she, her family & team CFVY run out of the tavern, but as for RWBY & JNPR, they looked at each other and nodded
Then Blake fell on the ground as she groaned in pain
Blake: ow.

We see Jaune & Marceline relaxing on the couch, then Marceline moved closer to him as she had a question she'd like to ask jaune about
Marceline: hey Jaune, I've been wanting to ask you something. What's remnant like?
She asked, catching jaune off guard as he then sighed
Jaune: pretty chaotic with ancient monsters called Grimm, a terrorist organization called the White Fang, a company that uses a humanoid race as nothing but slaves, the list just goes pretty long to say the least.
He explained as marceline had widened her eyes in surprise, then held jaune's arm close to her
Marceline: then... why'd you want to become a huntsman? I know it was to honor your old family, but is there another reason?
Jaune: it's because my family never trained me to fight, so without hesitation, i used fake transcripts to enter beacon academy, made some ''friends'' at that school and, you know what happened next.
Marceline: well, maybe you being here is like a second calling... or better yet...(she looks into jaune's eyes) a second chance.
She and jaune then smile at each other, which made jaune do something that surprised Marceline
They kissed as their tongues swirled together as they fell of the couch and embraced with each other. But before they could do ''the thing'' together, they hear the cabin door being knocked on as Jaune & Marceline stopped making out and stare at the door
Jaune: um...does anyone know about this cabin, Mar?
Marceline: only my friends and you, and I wasn't expecting anyone else.....(glares) unless....
She then gets up and flys towards the door and as she opened it, she sees it was just team CFVY & the Cotta Arcs standing in front of her
Fox: uh, hi?
he greeted as Marceline sighed and then smiled
Marceline: let me guess, you're the ones who stayed by Jaune's side?
They nod
Velvet: and you must be Marceline, right? That squid patron told us about you back at the tavern.
she said as Marceline nodded
Marceline: I am, and if you're looking for Jaune, he's in the living room. Follow me.
they follow Marceline and as they arrive in the living room, they see jaune, who had his shirt messed up because of him & Marceline kissing and almost made love and as he sees team CFVY & the cotta-arcs, he straightened up and waved nervously
