He can blow up a body with a glance but this takes a toll on him and he must drink blood to replenish his strength. Can turn into shadows and by thining his blood into vapor he can become mist as well. All mosnsters in Yharnam were created by his blood and therefore listen to his comands. The hunters are the only ones that are able to resist his control to a degree.
