Me and ash were sitting by the table eating breakfast until Kukui walked up and handed ash a Pokédex which made me lean closer to ash to look at it Until Kukui spoke again

Kukui: now, let's activate the Pokédex... Ryuto and ash become excited as they make their way down to Kukui's lab where he sits down typing on his computer until something happens and he snaps his fingers perfect! We're all connected!

Ryuto: here it comes! I pick up Jangmo-o and we look around as the lights flicker and surge

Ash: here what comes? The lights keep flickering what's going on?

Ryuto: just wait! I look around and a Rotom suddenly bursts from the socket in the wall and flies around making ash fall onto his back

Ash: it's a rotom! He sits up while him and Ryuto watch the Rotom zip around and Ash stands up

Kukui: now we just have to wait for Rotom to go inside.

Ash:go inside? The Pokédex? Rotom turns and zips into the Pokédex making it light up but it subsided again is Rototom...in there?  He knocks on the pokedex and shakes it hey, Rotom?

Ryuto: give it a second. The Pokédex powers on and opens its eyes making ash freak out and throw it but it starts floating as it's hands and feet stick out

Ash: he gasps the Pokédex is Rotom and Rotom's the Pokédex! Rotom Dex scans around the room and looks at Jangmo-o, Pikachu and Rockruff and then at Ryuto and Ash

Ryuto: Alola Rotom! Jangmo-o hops up and hangs on my shoulder

Jangmo-o: Jang, Jang!

Rotom: language selection complete.

Ash: wow! Rotom just talked!

Kukui: Rotom, please lend Ryuto and Ash a helping hand from now on, okay?

RotomDex: Understood! He turns to the boys Ash, Ryuto, user registration complete. Pokédex now booting up. A number system loads on his screen 100%. Alola! Nice to meet you Ryuto, Ash.

Ash: wow, we can even have a conversation!

Ryuto: yep! I smile putting my hands on my hips

RotomDex: Rotom Dex is equipped with an assortment of languages. I have been programmed to communicate with people of all different kinds Ryuto and Jangmo-o nod in unison

Ash: Awesome! Rotom beeped

Rotom: Awesome...does not compute. Does not compute. It's screen displayed a confused face

Kukui: ash was just saying that he's very impressed with your capabilities. Rotom turned back to the two boys

Rotom: I understand. So, awesome means excellent. And that means Rotom Dex is Excellent! He did a pose like putting his hands on his hips after he spoke with a prideful face on his screen

Kukui: he laughs believe it or not, I'm a professor. He points at himself Professor Lukui. You'll be a great help.

Rotom: pleased to meet you, Professor Kukui, and you, too, Ash and Ryuto.

Ryuto: thanks! This is my pal Jangmo-o Jangmo-o turned his head trying to look cool which made me chuckle

Ash: yeah and this is Pikachu.
