Olivia's POV
Olivia's eyes slowly opened, struggling to adjust to the sudden brightness in the room. The sun's light was beaming directly onto her face, creating a warm, red hue on her cheeks.
Her eyes began to water as she tried to focus on her surroundings. With a heavy groan, she lifted her hand to shield her eyes from the intense light, but it was no use.
Determined to find relief, she slammed her head back down onto her pillow and closed her eyes, trying to block out the sun.
After a few moments of shifting and maneuvering, she finally managed to roll over to the other side of the bed, away from the sun's glare.
As she slowly stirred from her slumber, she felt the warmth of the sun filtering in through the window. She let out a lazy yawn and stretched her arms, feeling the tension in her muscles slowly release. However, as she opened her eyes and sat up, her heart sank as she saw the familiar sight of destruction in her bathroom.
Her cats had been up to their usual mischief, leaving a trail of chaos and destruction in their wake. The toilet roll had been unraveled and strewn across the floor, the shampoo bottles had been knocked over and their contents spilled, and the toothpaste had been squeezed out of the tube and smeared across the sink.
She rolled her eyes in frustration and let out a groan as she realized that she would have to clean up the mess yet again
She slowly made her way to the bathroom, taking care not to step on any of the debris scattered around her bedroom. As she entered the bathroom, she was hit with the pungent smell of cat urine.
She looked around and saw that her cats had also knocked over the litter box, leaving a mess of cat litter and waste all over the floor.
She took a deep breath and began to pick up all the tissue paper and toothpaste that had been scattered across the bathroom floor by her feline friends. The tiles were slick with water, making it difficult to move around without slipping.
She tried to clean up the litter and waste as best she could, using paper towels and cleaning spray to scrub away the stains and odors.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, she finished cleaning up the mess and headed to get ready for school, hoping that her cats would behave better the next time around.
As she walked out of her house for school her mom said goodbye,
"Don't ever let those cats come into my room...I'm just teasing goodbye, honey, have a nice day at school."
"Bye."
She answered coldly, Olivia had always had a resting cold and mean attitude she never even knew how mean or cold she was being.
She started her walk to school slowly, she didn't want to go, she was tired, and she didn't even want to talk to her friends nor her best friend as they were starting to become very unlikeable and bitchy.
But she continued her walk, a bit more, as she just wanted everything over with. She felt a headache come on and she groaned loudly, unknowingly catching the attention of her friends on the other side of the street.
