Troye's P.O.V

"Troye, wake up..."

I was covered in the warmth of my blankets, my mind was foggy and I could barely register anything around me. My entire body seemed to be moving in slow-motion as I tried to stretch out my limbs. The only thing I was certain of is that there was an extra weight pushing down the other side of my bed. Tyler. Just like every morning, he had come in my room to get me up for Morning Mass.

"Troye, wake up," I repeated back in a high-pitched voice. Even with my eyes closed I could imagine the fake look of shock on Tyler's face that accompanied the overly-dramatic gasp I heard from him. I smiled despite myself.

I slowly brought my hands up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. When my vision became clearer I could see Tyler sitting beside me; his arms crossed and his face scrunched up in a pout.

"What? Was it something I said?" I asked playfully. I tried clearing my throat because at this time in the morning my voice sounded much deeper than usual. Tyler stuck his tongue out at me and turned his head away. He was trying so hard to look mad but I could tell he was fighting off a smile.

"It's not my fault you say the same thing every morning," I joked. "Troye, wake up. Troye, wake up. Can you not think of something else to say?"

"I don't talk in the morning until I come wake you up, Troye!" said Tyler as he flicked my arm. I winced slightly but chuckled. Tyler held his hands to his chest and continued on in the sappiest voice possible. "I want your name to be the first thing I say every day..."

I snorted slightly through my chuckles and smacked his arm. Honestly, I was finding it harder and harder to reply when he'd say things like that. Tyler always managed to say the sappiest sort of things, but always said them as a joke. I didn't want to admit that it made me really happy, especially when I had suspicions that he was just playing around.

"Good for you. Anyways, you wasted your time getting me up this morning. I don't want to get out of bed, so..." I smirked at him and put my arm over my eyes. I waited to see what he was going to do next. I was only joking, but maybe he would actually come up with an excuse for us to stay in the room all day. It would definitely save me a lot of mass and meetings that I didn't feel like attending.

"Alright, I'll stay with you!" Tyler said. I quickly took my arm off my eyes and stared at him.

"Really?"

"Yeah! I'll stay right here on the bed!" The next thing I knew, Tyler had flopped over, lying down and landed on my stomach. I spluttered slightly as he let his entire body go limp; his arms flew up over his head. I was trapped under his back, trying my best to push him off.

"Ha ha, very funny, get off me!" I said.

"Okay, fine!" Tyler said. Within a second all of his body weight had left my stomach and I took a deep breath. I watched as he walked towards the doorway.

"If you're not going, I still am. I'm hungry anyways; I want to go to breakfast." He said with an innocent smile. I immediately sat up in my bed.

"You're just going to leave me here?" I asked in surprise.

Tyler shrugged and raised his eyebrows at me as he opened the door. I sighed loudly and threw my legs over the edge of the bed.

"Fine, fine, I'm coming. Let me get dressed."

"I knew I could convince you," he said happily.

"Yeah, like you even did anything," I responded.

"It doesn't take much to convince you. Usually you just do what I ask," with a quick wink, he bolted out of my room and shut the door. I was left staring dumbfounded at my door for a quick second before coming to my senses and running to the dresser for my clothes.
