Our journey to glory,
2022 what a year to remember,
bringing not just england but the country together,
from February to July it felt like we'd hit bullseye,
from the Arnold clark cup,
all we were doing was going up,
first up was Canada,
1-1 but still belief in our manager,
next up was Spain and that ended nil-nil,
but we knew we had a trophy to win still,
the final game vs Germany,
we wanted payback can't everyone agree,
and our lionesses did that so perfectly,
with goals from Kirby and White,
and another one to win the golden boot from bright.
