Gasping for air, Aesira collapsed onto the dirt, looking up to see a tall figure, hovering above her with a white bunny mask. The figure raised up their sword, handle just above their head and blade in line with Aesira's chest. They stared, before bringing it down onto The woman's chest, getting a scream of pain and agony echoing through the air; blood splattering all around, and silence filling the air. Rain soon began to fall, sizzling each group of flames that scattered the battlefield, causing smoke to cover the ground like mist. An old medic, known by the name of Oxyn, walked up to a tall woman, gripping his bloody arm, squinting to see her full face through the debris and ashes. Levana looked down to the doctor, her face grim. She gave a small shake of her head, and Oxyn let out a shaky exhale, his gaze shifting downwards to the ground, closing his eyes shut and pondered momentarily .. soon, re-opening them.

Levana grumbled, wrapping her arm around the doctor's shoulders and guiding him towards the team leader; a tall, broad-shouldered man, known by the name of Drystan. Drystan turned to the sound of stumbling footsteps, glancing to the two with a grimace. "..Another battle, won." he sighed, brows furrowing. He sounded .. more defeated than won over. Levana narrowed her eyes, taking a now bloody bunny mask off and set it to the side of her face before letting her twin brother take ahold of the doctor now, guiding him back home. "Shouldn't.. shouldn't you be happy?" The woman asked, her fists balling up a little.

"..Yes, I should." Drystan admitted, biting his bottom lip and turning to face the destruction, his face gloomy. Levana furrowed her brows, stepping beside the man and set a hand on his shoulder, slightly squeezing it to provide at least some sort of comfort. "Then.. why aren't you?" She inquired, raising an eyebrow. Drystan shifted his gaze to the tall woman, giving a small shrug. "I'm.. not sure .. but, we can talk more about this at a later date; right now, we should get inside before we all get sick and have to bombard our only medic." he whispered a few words under his breath, sighing again and gently nudged Levana's hand off his shoulder, clasping both hands together behind his back and began off towards the old castle.

An older mage took off his cloak hoodie, appearing from the smoke and ashes, standing to the right of Levana. He shifted a stick-like cane in his hands, squinting. "Don't be upset about him, lass.. he'll get over it soon." Soren patted the woman's shoulder, walking a bit far off from their leader, his gaze low to the ground. The woman stood there for a moment, listening to the thunder rumble softly in the distance. She let out a trembling breath, tossing a bloody sword over her shoulder and put the bunny mask back on her face, the once dry blood becoming wet again and slowly dripped down onto her clothes and hands, leaving the body of Aesira, dead and seemingly grasping a necklace between her fingers ..
