As soon as the police officer informed Jiyeon about San and Hongjoong, she and her dad rushed to the hospital. Meanwhile her mom takes care of her kids at home since it's their bedtime. They will be told tomorrow morning when they wake up.
"Don't worry he will be okay." Mr. Kim patted Jiyeon on the back as they arrived at the hospital.
"I hope so."
Before they had chance to ask the nurse at the counter, Hajoon called.
"Miss Jiyeon."
"How about them?"
"San is okay but he is still traumatized by what happened to him. He is sleeping now. Hongjoong is still in the operating room. The doctor is removing the bullet from his stomach, he lost a lot of blood too." The police officer explained.
Jiyeon sighed heavily. "Oh God, why did this happen?"
"They'll be fine." Her father rubbed her back.
"I need to go back to the office to solve this case further." Hajoon excused himself.
"Sure, thank you sir." Mr. Kim shook his hand with him.
As soon as the police officer left the two of them, they went to the room where San was staying. He seems to sleep soundly while hugging one pillow. He can't sleep without hugging something, that's why he has Shiber.
Jiyeon approached San and stood next to his bed. She stopped her tears from flowing.
"Sannie..." Jiyeon called softly, not wanting San to wake up.
"I'm sorry baby, I'll take better care of you from now on." She kissed his forehead before she and her father left the room.
They moved to the operating room, waiting for Hongjoong outside the room. 5 minutes later, a male doctor and nurse came out of the room.
"Are you Mr. Hongjoong's family?" The doctor asked.
"Yes, we are. How about him?" Jiyeon quickly woke up.
"We have managed to remove the bullet from his stomach. His condition is stable now and he will be transferred to a regular ward. It will take some time for him to awake."
Jiyeon breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you doctor."
"Do you want to stay here for a while or go home?"
"I will stay here. I want to accompany San. You should go home now."
Mr. Kim nodded. "Okay then, I'll go back first, tomorrow morning I'll come back with others. Tell me if you need anything."

The next morning.
"Where's mama?" Seonghwa asked as he went to his mom's room this morning and she wasn't there. He looked around in the house but his mom was nowhere to be found. So he decided to ask his grandmother.
"Mama is in the hospital."
"Why?! Mama sick?!" Wooyoung started to worry.
"No, she's not. She accompanies San and uncle Hongjoong at the hospital."
"Sannie?! Uncle police have found him?" Wooyoung was no longer interested in his breakfast when he heard San's name.
"Is he fine?" Yunho asked next.
"Yes, the police and uncle Hongjoong have found him. He is safe and you can all see him later."
"Really? When?" Yeosang asked now, almost whispered.
"After breakfast, so finish your food quickly."
Wooyoung quickly eats his breakfast, he can't wait to see San.
