With Brownbeard attacking Caesar with a big pipe, the three managed to regain their breath. Brownbeard says that he finally realized how despicable of a man Caesar is. Caesar tried to gaslight him by being concerned but Brownbeard was so enraged at him to fall for such tricks.

"Hey, children, it's dangerous here! Get on board the Flying Gas Balloon outside. Let's get away from here!" Caesar says to the children and they immediately ran out and boarded the balloon outside the camp.

"Wait, everybody! Don't go!" Nami pleaded but Y/n placed a hand on her shoulder and whispered something to her. Nami looked at Y/n with reluctance and watched as the children got away.

"Caesar! I don't care that you fooled me. I don't care about myself anymore. But I want my crew back! I'm not gonna let them go through hell like I did!" Brownbeard says that Caesar simply laughed at saying that his crew is now his lackeys and that he'd do anything he wanted with them.

While the two were talking, Y/n pulled Nami and Ussop along and out of the ruined laboratory to catch up with the children. Right when they managed to get out, a big explosion was set off from where they came from. Nami and Ussop stopped running and turned around after the explosion wondering what had happened. Y/n noticed that the two weren't running with her she called them out but Caesar suddenly appeared in front of the two.

Y/n quickly dashed and reached out for the two as another explosion was set off by Caesar, making the ruins crumble. Caesar left with the children leaving the three buried under snow and debris.

Moments later Nami popped out of the snow and was surprised to be alive after that explosion. She managed to find Ussop and dug him out of the snow, she was relieved that he was also alive. Two of them found Y/n under the snow and dug her up. Out of the three of them, Y/n was the most hurt, even having a dislocated shoulder. 

"That's right, Y/n saved us from the explosion that's why we're mostly okay." Ussop recalls while Nami tried to wake her up with worry. Y/n opened her eyes and sat up like she had just woken up from a nap.

"Don't move so suddenly, your shoulder's dislocated. What should we do? If only Chopper was here..." Ussop says but Y/n simply twisted her shoulder back to place with a straight face. This drained the life out of Nami and Ussop that they fuzzed over her with worry.

"I'm fine, it's just a scratch." Y/n shrugged.

"THE HELL YOU MEAN "JUST A SCRATCH"!!! YOU'RE CLEARLY THE MOST INJURED HERE!" Nami and Ussop scolded which made Y/n shocked about how they cared so much about her when they just basically met. Their scolding also somehow reminded her of how Shachi and Penguin lecture her when she gets injured severely.

"Ugh, just watching you twist your shoulder made me feel the pain." Ussop shuddered as Y/n stood up and brushed the snow off her clothes.

"It's not painful. To be honest, I don't feel any pain at all. It's just a weird condition I had since I was born." Y/n revealed. Ussop did not believe it at first but when he thought about it more, he then wished he also had the same condition. Nami also seems to think of the same thing.

"It's not as romantic as it sounds. If you got stabbed you won't even notice it till you bleed to death. When you get sick, you won't even realize it till you're bedridden. Pain connects with fear and fear connects with sensing danger. Without knowing pain, you won't even notice danger, and that itself is dangerous." Y/n said which made the two straw hats sympathize with her.

"It must be hard for you especially since you're a pirate." Nami states.

"I've been through worse and I've already learned how to live with my condition. Now, come help me with Beardy." Y/n says and the two immediately search for the big man who helped them earlier. He was under a pile of scraps and a big pipe.
