"Thank you hyung..." Chan shyly said. Jihoon was flushed too and nodded in response.
Am I forgetting something...
"Hyungnim?!" Chan remembered.
"Who?" Mingyu asked.
"My hyungnim. He is outside. Can I bring him in?" Chan politely asked them.
"Sure, why not!" Mingyu said clapping his hands and abruptly opened the door again, almost hitting the person by the door.
"Yo kid! You are really clumsy. You shouldn't open the door like that. It's dangerous for others." Lix scolded and Mingyu patiently waited till he finished his rant.
Once his big lecture was over, Mingyu bowed apologetically.
"Kids these days..." Lix sighed while sighing at the sight.
Mingyu's eyes finally fell on the boy laying on the floor, who was looking at him with a confused expression. It was as if the boy couldn't believe if he was real.
"Are you okay?" Mingyu asked, not being sure of the situation he was in.
"Wow..." Min said out loud accidentally.
"Huh??"
"I mean... Yeah... I a... am okay..." Min stuttered for the first time in a while.
"Okhay... Come on, get up." Mingyu said offering his hand for support.
Min looked at Mingyu's hand and then at his face. Repeated the same for more than thrice. Mingyu felt weird and was about to take his hand back but Min quickly grabbed his hand and pulled himself off the ground.
He quickly hugged Mingyu tightly, without leaving the hand he was holding before.
My ethereal angel. You look so great. You smell so great...
"Yo, bro! Leave me." Mingyu said trying to free himself and Min abruptly left him.
"I... I just wanted to thank you for offering your hand..."
I hope I will hold your hand for my entire life.
"Aiyen?"
"Sorry if it made you uncomfortable." Min quickly bowed leaving his hand finally.
"You are weird." Mingyu shrugged and walked inside while gesturing him to come inside.
Min walked inside, while looking around the hallway. Mingyu led him to the kitchen where Jihoon was cooking some ramyeon and Chan was only looking at Jihoon, which the other two didn't really notice.
"It smells so good, hyung!" Mingyu excitedly jumped on the aisle which brought Chan back to reality.
"I know right. I just need to add an egg and it's finished." Jihoon said while breaking two eggs and pouring it inside the hot vessel.
He closed the lid and put the vessel off the stove while Chan searched for plates for them as if it was his own house. Also he never did stuff like this in his house ever.
He somehow managed to find them on the bottom shelf and put it beside Jihoon.
"Wow, Chan you're so helpful." Jihoon said while ruffling Chan's hair and holding a bowl to serve the ramen which eventually turned Chan pink and flushed.
"Gomaweo hyung." Chan said and hugged Jihoon hastily. The grip on the bowl slipped and accidentally fell on the ground which made a loud noise of the porcelain bowl breaking. It made Lix run inside and found Chan crying beside the broken pieces.
"Young Master! Are you okay!!"
Lix picked the child up and patted his back while jihoon was looking only at Chan being pampered while Mingyu picked up the bowl after sighing.
"Mom's gonna kill me!" Mingyu uttered being frustrated over the broken bowl and pulling his hair out. If a bowl breaks in an Asian household then a bone needs to be broken of the child too.
"Don't worry Kim Mingyu. We will arrange a new top class porcelain dinner set as an apology." Lix said and then bowed to him as an apology.
"No... No... It's okay..." Mingyu hesitated.
"No. We need to pay for the damage." Lix declared and put Chan back on the ground. He immediately took out his phone and walked out of the house.
"Bro, you're so rich!!" Mingyu excitedly hugged Chan.
"I am..."
"Well then let's play outside!" Mingyu declared and pulled his hyung and the child with him to the door.
He suddenly realised and looked back at the other person whose existence was long forgotten.
"You come too!" Mingyu said and lead their way to the nearby abandoned land.
Chan was just looking around the area. He didn't really see his neighbourhood. He wasn't familiar with it.
"Well... I have brought something with me..." Jihoon said and took something sharp out of this pocket.
It was a wooden spherical like drop shaped ball with a long nail sharp tip at one end. It was a top.
"What is this?" Chan asked out of curiosity.
"You don't know? it's a top."
"A Top?"
"Yes! You just need to wind the rope around the top and throw it diagonally."
Jihoon threw the top on the ground, showing him how to do it properly.
"Wow!!! It's like Beyblade!!!"
"Well.. you can consider it like that." Jihoon said after considering his comparison.
Look how this rich brat is acting all innocent. Such a pick me type.
Jihoon took another top out of his pocket to give it to Chan but before that Min took it aggressively from his extended hands and winded the rope before throwing it on the ground. He just wanted to show off.
Now both the tops were having a battle with each other which made Chan even more excited.
"The only thing I can't do in this world is throw a top." Mingyu said pouting.
"It's fine Mingyu. As long as you are having fun."
"I-I will teach you..." Min said stuttering.
"You will?!!!" Mingyu exclaimed and ran up to him with the Tops he had brought with himself.
"Y-yeah..." Min almost murmured.
