Jealousy

Mark is considered a normal kid for his age. He was rather very sexual like most teens. He went to school and had friends, but he was also a football player, which is how he met his ''friend'', Jake. Jake was on the quieter side compared to Mark. They were good friends and both pretty popular. A lot of girls fell for Mark, which made him furious, spending less and less time with him. They were extremely close until today, something had happened. Jake was waiting for Mark at the usual spot they always meet up. Some minutes had gone by, and no sign whatsoever was encountered.

"Uh, hey guys, have y'all seen Mark?" Said Jake, playing with his fingers worried something had happened to him.

They all shook their heads, giving each other looks confused that he wasn't there. He sighed, turning around in confusion and headed to class. While in the halls, Isaiah had seen this large group circling around as if something was going on. He got closer to take a look. It was Mark, but not just Mark. Mark and the most popular girl in school, Caedence. They were playfighting with each other and laughing. Isaiah didn't want to just bust in like that, so he just headed to the bathroom before class. He looked in the mirror contemplating if he should say something or simply just stay quiet.

He looked in the mirrors, noticing every little detail about himself. He thought about how close Mark and him were. They technically grew up together. He thought about those little moments that would just replay in his head, like that one time, Mark had kissed his cheek, as a joke of course. And that other time, Mark hugged him after winning a game in football. But it's not like Jake had fallen for him... at least that's what he was telling himself.

The tardy bell had rung, and Jake rushed to his math class before the teacher could notice. Isaiah had a class with Caedence. He had despised her even before what happened earlier. She would always have the best grades, and everybody liked her. Maybe Mark and Caedence aren't really close, just friends. Friends... He hated the idea of friends with benefits even more. After what seemed like forever, the bell had rung after minutes of carving words on the desk. He shot up and headed to where him and Mark always meet up. Isiah was there looking all over, but where was he?
