The bullies incident

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He repeats over and over again. Blood oozes slowly out from the locker beside him, creeping across the floor to form a great, big puddle of red at his feet.
The door to the locker creaks open and He flinches slightly at the reminder of the three bullies that had been stuffed into the locker, with their skins turned inside out and their bodies heavily mutilated.

"I'm... sorry."

It was late. Yuta knows that he should leave now to avoid confrontation, but a large part of him feels like he should get in trouble. It's his fault, he deserves punishment. Right? He can't bring himself to leave and pretend like nothing happened. Something did. Someone will find them, and someone will have to take the blame. That someone should be him. He should be held accountable. He should get punished. But no one know him. Everyone but bullies themselves seem to ignore his very existence anyway. He gets up shakily and walks out of the classroom, and out of the building, completely disassociating. Completely ignoring his now blood-stained clothes. Everyone he passed by on his way home ignored them, too. He wishes someone would notice and turn him in. No one notices him.

He makes it home unbothered, unbothering. Cleans his clothes. Takes a hot bath. Too hot. Burn away the pain with more pain. It's the only way he feels he can relax in this instance.

"The signals that were reported? Yeah, I found their source..." She trails on the phone, staring quietly at the puddles of fresh blood that pools across the floor of the classroom.

"There are definitely traces of cursed energy in this classroom, like, a lot of it." She states, wandering around the room to investigate further.

"And the people who were injured by this brutal attack?" A voice buzzes from the other end of the call.

"Yes, they're...." She raises her hand quickly to keep herself from gagging.

"They are... what?"

"My apologies, I'm new to this position. They are stuffed in a close- a locker, actually. They are mutilated, and it appear their skin has been turned inside out... and they've lost a lot of blood, but they appear to be alive... maybe?" She reports. Her heartbeat pumps gradually faster until it is racing from fear. What could possibly manage to do that in the first place... this is no low-grade anomaly we are dealing with. It's repulsive.

"I believe it'd be for the best if we transport these three to Ieiri immediately and clean up the scene, then track down whoever did this." She says, awaiting a response.

"Help has been sent on their way to clean and cover-up the scene. They will be there soon."

"Thank you." She mutters before the phone hangs up.

Back up gets there minutes later, and together they transport the three mangled figures to Ieiri Shoko, where she uses her Reversed Cursed Technique to heal the three as best as possible.

They then return to the classroom and focus to follow the cursed energy traces step by step. Soon after, the traces stop in front of a building. Lights are off, there are no cars out front. No traces that anyone is home, but the recent cursed energy traces.

The woman knocks on the door. No response. She then checks the doorknob to see if it's locked. She twists it and the door creaks open.

"What kind of psychopath doesn't lock the door at night..." A voice questions behind her, the voice of one of the two co-workers that came with her.

"We should be cautious: none of us know what to expect from the suspect. They are likely to be at some level of hostile, however they may be asleep at this time. Just keep yourselves open and alert to different possibilities." She suggests to her companions.
