Y/N's POV
Later that evening, as I relaxed in the hotel tub, there was a gentle knock on the door. I quickly wrapped myself in a towel and opened it to find Miss Jen standing there with a friendly smile.
"Gosh, why did she have to come at this exact moment?"
"Hey Y/N, mind some company?" she asked.
I blushed a little, feeling a little awkward in only a towel. "Yes, of course! Please come in," I stumbled and moved aside to make room for Miss Jen.
"So, what brings you here, unnie?" I asked, trailing her to the couch in the hotel room."Get dressed, I'm taking you out," she winked.
"W-what?" I stuttered, clearing my throat before continuing, "Are you taking me out on a date?" Gaining a touch of confidence, I smirked at her.
"If you think so, sweet pie. Come on, get dressed, but don't go too overboard, or people will stare," she advised with a serious tone.
Her words left me a little confused , but she continued to eye me up and down.
"Oh, trust me unnie, no one would even bother to lay their eyes on a potato like me," I finally turned away from her and began searching for an outfit.
I couldn't help but feel anxious and excited at the same time as I rummage through my suitcase. Outings like these were rare for me, especially in the company of someone I'm in love with,Huh Yunjin.
"So, where are we headed?" In an attempt to start a conversation, I questioned.
Yunjin flashed a mischievous grin. "It's a surprise, darling."
I was much more curious after her fascinating response. I quickly picked up an outfit which is a tank top paired with Stussy 8 Ball Sherpa Reversible Jacket and cargo pants. Though unnie advised against going overboard, I wanted to look presentable for our 'dates'.
I couldn't help but feel both excitement and anticipation as we stepped out into the Parisian evening. It seems like Yunjin knew exactly where to go to make this night one to remember.
With everything around us glowing warmly from the city lights, we strolled down the cobblestone streets. With its lights sparkling in the night sky, the Eiffel Tower loomed magnificently in the distance.
Yunjin smiled mischievously, hinting to a bigger surprise that lay ahead as we carried on our leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Paris.
We strolled down a few more streets and eventually arrived at the glorious Seine River banks. The gentle glow of the city lights reflected on the water's surface, creating a mesmerizing dance of shadows and ripples.
Yunjin turned to me, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Ready for the next part of our adventure?"
I couldn't help but nod as my interest was sparked. What could possibly top the charm of our current surroundings?
I watched in astonishment as Yunjin led the way to a splendidly decorated boat that was softly rocking against the quay. It was none other than a Seine River cruise, a dreamy experience I had only seen in postcards.
There was an absolutely amazing atmosphere as soon as we boarded. The air filled with the aroma of a delicious dinner and the soft sound of soft music. As the boat moved leisurely down the river, it provided a distinctive viewpoint of the city.
We could enjoy the amazing views from a comfortable position Yunjin chose for us close to the edge. The iron lattice framework of the Eiffel Tower gleamed against the night sky as it rose tall. With its magnificence, the Louvre appeared to be a silent guardian of the city.
I pulled out my phone from my pocket and immediately turned on my camera to capture the scene. The view was stunning, but my attention shifted to Yunjin. She looked absolutely breathtaking. Her gaze was fixed on the scenery, allowing me to have more time to appreciate and study her features. I couldn't help but take a few photos of her, wanting to capture this moment forever.
She looked stunning in the gentle city lights. Her makeup was amazing, with every detail perfectly done. Her long eyelashes made her eyes look even more magical. The blush on her cheeks was just right, giving her a beautiful, natural glow. Her winged eyeliner was sharp and neat, making her eyes stand out. Her hair flowed gently in the breeze, moving like a soft, graceful dance.
Yunjin cleared her throat and spoke "You know it's wrong to stare at someone that long, Y/N?"
I decided to respond with my thoughts without much thinking. "It was a captivating sight, and I couldn't help but be mesmerized by your presence." I hide my face in my palms as I realize what I just said.
Yunjin's laugh filled the air, sounding like a happy tune on the wind, "Well, I must say, I'm quite flattered by your mesmerization." she teased, her eyes twinkling with a playful glint.
I peeked out from behind my hands, greeted by Yunjin's friendly smile. "Just like the Eiffel Tower, you've got that certain 'je ne sais quoi' that's impossible to resist." I remarked, unable to hide the smile on my face.
"Well, that's quite the compliment," Yunjin said, her smile widened. "I have to say that this is the first time I've ever been compared to the Eiffel Tower."
Yunjin's laughter was like a melody for my ear, and I couldn't help but join in. "I'm glad you take it as a compliment. You certainly have a presence that's hard to ignore."
'Wow, when did I get so bold and confident?'
Warmth gleamed in her eyes. "Well, you certainly know how to make a girl feel special."
Feeling a newfound confidence, I smirked "Only speaking the truth."
As we strolled along the Seine, the gentle city lights created a romantic atmosphere. I couldn't ignore the sense that something remarkable was developing between us. Every shared laugh and exchanged look strengthened our bond, creating a Parisian night that seemed like it came from a fairy tale.
"Imagine this as a fairy tale, where a prince would kiss a princess," Yunjin began.
It took me a moment to respond to her, "However, in our story, there are two princesses instead." Our gazes locked, and we shared a meaningful look.
As we gazed at each other, a tender warmth filled the air. Slowly, Yunjin leaned forward, her eyes fixed on mine. The world around us seemed to fade, leaving only the soft rustle of the breeze and the beating of our hearts. Then, in that quiet moment, our lips met, a gentle brush of warmth and affection. It was a kiss that felt like destiny, sealing the enchantment of our night in the City of Love.
My heart warmed as our lips locked, sending a soft hug from fate throughout my body. Time seemed to be slowing down, and I felt a mix of happy feelings. It seemed like this one special moment fulfilled every one of my deepest desires and hopes.
I felt happy and safe with Yunjin close by. Everything else seemed less significant. We were like two friends having a special dance in the beautiful City of Love.
To me, this kiss wasn't just any kiss. It's special. It holds a promise of shared laughter, secret glances, and exciting adventures. Even though for Yunjin, it might just be a simple gesture.
Once I realized it might be a simple gesture for her, I pulled away and took a step back. We looked into each other's eyes. I saw the same excitement and hope in Yunjin's eyes that I felt.
"I can't." I said, not wanting to give myself false hope about having a chance with her.
