1. Defend your clan, even at the cost of your life. You may be friends with cats from other clans, but your first loyalty is always to your own clan, as one day you may meet your friends in battle.
2. Do not hunt or trespass on another clan's territory.
3. The strongest cats in the clan are always fed first, followed by kits, and then the weakest.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten, give thanks to StarClan for it's life.
5. Kits will be made apprentices when the leader deem them ready.
6. New warriors must keep a silent vigil the night they receive their full name.
7. A warrior must train at least one apprentice before they may be named deputy.
8. The deputy will become clan leader if the old leader dies, retires or is exiled.
9. After the death of retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen within a quarter-moon.
10. A gathering of all four clans will be held every full moon, during which there will be no fighting between the clans.
11. Borders must be checked and marked twice a day, challenge any trespassing cats.
12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if the kit is from another clan.
13. The word of the clan leader is not absolute, and should be challenged by the clan if they see fit.
14. An honourable warrior is prepared to kill any cat to defend their clan.
15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
