Ymir's Path(Completed)

Chapter 5

Morning....

Morning had come and Flukey was waking up from his peaceful slumber. He groaned a bit as he rubbed his eyes and stood up in his bed before getting out of it.

The first thing on his mind was Ymir and he left his room to go find her though it didn't take long for him as he ended up finding her sitting in the garden with a bird resting comfortable on her finger as she had a small smile on her face. 

Flukey, not wanting to interrupt Ymir's moment, opted to leave but then she spoke. 

Ymir: You don't have to leave Flukey if you don't want to. You may sit next to me if you wish. 

As much as Flukey wanted to, his stomach was rumbling and he needed breakfast. 

Flukey: As much as I'd love, I need to eat first if you're willing to wait for me. 

Ymir: Of course. I've already eaten and the king is attending to other matter so we have some time together. I even put in a good word for you to the king in making you my "bodyguard". That way we'll be closer to each other. 

Flukey: You sure that's a good idea? 

Ymir: It'll be fine. He's actually busy with other concubines. He hardly pays attention to me. 

Flukey: I see. Alright then. I'll be back after breakfast. 

Ymir: Okay. I'll be here waiting. 

Flukey went to the mess hall where he had a nice breakfast alongside his fellow men and once he was done, he wasted no time in getting back to Ymir, who was patiently waiting for his return. 

Flukey: And I'm back. I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long.

Ymir: Not at all. Please sit. 

Flukey obliged and sat next to Ymir and she didn't hesitate to get close to him and he didn't mind it. 

If it wasn't for King Fritz, anyone would think that Flukey and Ymir were in a relationship and Flukey would be lying if he said he didn't have hidden feelings for her but was hesitant to express them though Ymir was well aware of his feelings. 

Ymir giggled. 

Ymir: Contemplating whether to tell me how you truly feel? 

Flukey: I take it you got that from my memories as well? 

Ymir: I did. And to answer your question....*Whispers in Flukey's ear* I've taken a liking to you as well and the thought of giving birth to your children would be more of a blessing than having the king's children. I hope you got me pregnant last night~.

Hearing the way Ymir talked to him was getting Flukey excited as she got up and grabbed his hand, lifting him up. 

Ymir: Let's go for a walk through town. I'm in the mood for a change of scenery. 

Flukey: Uh okay. 

With that, Flukey and Ymir started to leave with a few guards watching in the distance, jealous looks on their faces seeing their captain with the most beautiful beautiful woman in the whole kingdom.
