So like when I get home from school everyday I pass this dog chained to a tree, and first time I notice I'm like "oh I'm sure he like got in trouble and he's out here for the day, surely they'll let him in tomrw"
but no, this poor baby is still out chained to this tree like a week later... now I'm concerned but he seems well fed and didn't seem dehydrated, so he isn't being neglected but I still feel like chaining this dog to a tree is inhumane at best????
I'm sorry I'm so pissed 😭😭😭😭 why would you do this to another living breathing thing with a life why what is wrong with these people
