Adrian pov:

I wake up with Onyx licking my face. "Ok, we talked about the licking." I say, pushing his face away from mine. He lets out a bark and jumps off the bed. I wipe off the slobber from my face, before getting out of bed. "How hungry can you be?" I say, putting on my black shirt. He let out a bark and looked down at the ground. "Maybe if you didn't have so much energy in the morning, you won't be so hungry, would you?" I say, rubbing his head, whilst walking past him.

I full his food and water bowl as I drink my coffee, leaning against the counter, whilst watching Onyx eat his food. I look at my phone as it started ringing. I look down and see it's Olie. I answer the phone with silence. "Hello, you there?" He asks. "Well, what do you think?" I say. "A hello would be nice. Anyway, we have a plan to get Aaron." He says. "Okay and?"
"We need you as backup since you're good with your feet." He explains.

"You know I was at the meeting right?" I say. "Really?" He asks. I can hear the confusion from the other side of the phone. "Bye Olie." I hang up the phone and place it on the counter. "Ugh, it's almost time to go." I say, as I look at the time on my phone. "Bye buddy."

Axel pov:

"Come on Ginger. You'll look so cute." I say, trying to get Ginger to sit still. He runs off and jumps on the dresser. He moews at me, whilst licking his paw. "Wow, no need to be rude about it." I say, rolling my eyes as I get off the bed. I look down at my phone to see a text message from Kelly.

Kel: Can you come by the café this afternoon?

I let out a sigh, "I thought it's my day off today." I say.

"Where is she?" I looked around the café,but all I see is Adrian standing behind the counter, handing someone their drink. My cheeks grew warm as he smiles at the customers. I take in a deep breath and walk towards him.

"H-hey, Adrian." I say, standing with my hands together. He looks at me with a small grin and then hands another drink to a young lady. "Do you know where Kelly is?" I ask, placing my hands on the counter. "I thought you were off today." He says, not looking in my direction. "Well, Kelly texted me and said I needed come." My cheeks grew warm, my knees felt weak. How does he make me feel like this, so quickly.

"So, do you know where she is?"
"She's in the back. She looks stressed but excited, so good luck stump." I walk away with a smile, as I let out a sigh of relief. I really need to get over this crush.

I open the back door to see Kelly on her phone with a smile. "Who are you texting?" I say, putting my bag on the counter. "Chloé." She says, turning her phone off. "Anyway, why am I here?" I ask, crossing my arms. "Well, I want to talk about something. I think it'll be good if you work on Sundays. Because then you can stay late and bake some goods." She explains. "So I have to stay here and bake. Like I do every morning." I say, confused. "Yes, because I thought of doing stuff for events on the weekends." She says.

"And don't worry, you'll get paid more too." She says, jumping on the counter. "So, do I start today?" I ask. "Yes."

"Ugh, the cream isn't thick enough. Maybe I should wisk it some more." I say, taking out the bowl from the fridge.  I wisk it a few times and it starts to thicken up. "Yes." I say as I stop wisking. "Now the cakes." I say, putting the whip cream in the fridge. I look up at the clock and see it's almost ten. "Maybe I should do the cakes tomorrow. It's almost closing time." I say, walking up to the hanger. I take off my apron, "Hey, your sister said that I should give this to you.

I turn around to see Marcus standing there with a piece of paper in his hand. I put the apron on the hanger and walk towards Marcus, taking the piece of paper from his hand.
