The Heist.

It was all going so well. Breaking in, grabbing the goods, everything was perfect. Until the escape.

Felise dashed through the dark streets of her universe, carrying a handful of pearl necklaces, diamond bracelets and much more expensive jewellery.

"She's gonna be here any minute to catch me. It's honestly obsessive at this point." Felise grins to herself, scaling up the walls of a building, leaping from roof to roof, leaving a trail of jewells as she ran.

As if on queue, she felt a weight on her back, pushing her down onto her front on the cold building roof.

"Hey, sweetheart. Knew you'd make i-" She turns her head to look back at her spider as she talks.

But that wasn't her Spider.

The mask completely contrasted to the pale green of her Spiderwomans.
Felise grunts, trying to get the anonymous hero off of her back.

"New suit? Looks good." Felise grunts.

"Stop moving so much. I'm too tired for this." A man's voice groans from behind the mask. Nope, definitely not her Spiderwoman then.

"Who are you?" Felise flips the man onto his back, pinning him down by his arms, her hands tight on his wrists.

"Miguel, we've got an issue. Backup would be appreciated..." The hero says, the unusual looking watch on his wrist glowing orange. Felise looks at the watch, her eyes narrowing with confusion, until a bright portal of colours appeared further down the rooftop, a woman stepping out.

"You couldn't handle the cat on your own?" The woman rolls her eyes, looking at the suspicious looking scene of the man under Felise. "Having fun on the job? Cmon, Peter." The woman mutters, walking closer to the two.

"I thought Miguel would've sent someone helpful as backup." The man snaps back, grunting as he attempts to get out of the confused villains grip.

The woman scoffs, kicking Felise off of him. "He was gonna get me to babysit your daughter, but Pavitr has it covered."

"I'm still here." Felise mutters, moving to pick up the jewels she dropped, until a web sticks to them, jolting them back to the man and the woman.

"Are we gonna bring her back to HQ?" The masked man asks the taller woman.

"No point. Miguel didn't ask us to. Let's just go." The woman says as a blast of light appears again, the man and woman walking into it while chatting about nothing, disappearing as soon as the light did.

Felise watches, her brows furrowing as she looks at her empty hands. "The fuck?" She mutters, looking around to see if there were any jewels she could take home, but nothing. "Are you fucking kidding?!" She groans, throwing her hands into the air.

"Cat?" A woman's voice echoes in the dark of the night. Felise jolts around to see her. her spider.

"Spider..." Felise says, looking in the direction the portal previously opened.

"You look like you've seen a ghost, Felise. You okay?" The woman walks closer, putting a hand on the villains shoulder. Felise sighed, looking at her hand, until she noticed something. The watch that man had...she had it too.

"I'm...fine." Felise puts on a smile, her arms wrapping around the woman's neck.

"Uhm...Felise..?" The spiderwoman chuckles nervously. "Whaaaat...are you doing?"

"Can't a thief show her favourite hero some attention?" Felise purrs, her hands running down the heros arms.

The hero laughs awkwardly. "Uhm...alright then.."

Felise smirks into the woman's neck, her hand gently moving closer to the watch. As sneaky as a cat, she grabs the watch, yanking it off of her wrist.

"Felise-" The hero gasps, moving to grab the watch, but as agile as they come, the villain dodged, the hero falling to the floor. Felise slipped the watch onto her wrist and pressed the little screen.

"Felise, don't-!" The hero shouts, scrambling up to dart towards the villain, when she saw a blast of light behind her, making her squint.

The villain looked at the light, taking a deep breath as she ran into it, the hero following closely behind.
