Eztli's POV: Marco never did bring it up. I felt horrible but we have been happy ever since. He got a job for ferrari and it actually allowed us to stay in one place instead of constantly traveling every weekend. Living in Maranello was such a dream. He bought me a home in Crema where we'd escape to on weekends. As the months went by I fell more and more in love with him. It felt like time was flying by and I still clung to him like a newlywed. We were happy and I didn't think I could be after Lewis but he made my life a dream.
On our second year of marriage we decided since we were stable enough in all aspects of our life that we could start trying to expand our family a bit. We struggled at first but we finally got pregnant and I was ecstatic. We didn't announce until after I had given birth as I wasn't traveling as much and I stuck to being a home most of the time. We kept it to ourselves as Marco was under pressure because of some new upgrades that weren't performing as well as they expected.
Mercedes was once again dominating with Ferrari coming in close second. Charles and Lewis were battling it out. If Charles won he'd have his second championship and Lewis would have his 10th. We talked about what would happen when he'd retire. Now I'm a mother to a 2 month old and only a few races away from him retiring.
