"How are there only three of us now?" Joshua wondered aloud. He, Mingyu, and Seungcheol were all in the living room, staring blankly at each other.

"Everyone else died." said Seungcheol miserably.

"Two days ago, we discovered our teacher's body." said Mingyu, shivering at the memory.

"Any suspicions?"

"Well, to be honest... isn't it suspicious that Mingyu discovered quite a few of the bodies?"

"Hey, that's not my fault! I'm unlucky! I have to say it's you!"

"I was proved innocent when Minghao died!"

"Oh yeah... but then-"

"You idiots."

Seungcheol stood behind them, smirking. Joshua and Mingyu stepped back nervously.

"N-no. It's not you. I shared a room with you for two nights." said Joshua, almost paler than when Dokyeom died. "You could have killed me, and you never did."

"It would have been a dead giveaway." said Seungcheol, rolling his eyes. "You bitches are dead."

"You're the bitch among us!" shouted Mingyu. "You killed everyone!"

"Not true. Seungkwan helped for a while." said Seungcheol carelessly. "Before I killed him."

"Seungkwan was the apprentice?" cried Joshua.

Seungcheol nodded. "But no matter. I never really needed him. I can kill both of you singlehandedly right now. This ends tonight, my friends."

"No, it doesn't have to be like this!" yelled Joshua, as Seungcheol advanced on him. He backed into the wall helplessly.

"Hyung!" cried Mingyu.

"Mingyu, run! He's going to kill you!" shouted Joshua.

"Where?" yelled Mingyu desperately. "We're trapped here, hyung!"

"Precisely." said Seungcheol, grinning. He kicked Joshua to the ground, pulling out his knife.

"No... please..."

"I haven't been overly violent, now's my time. I wanna have fun with this."

He pressed the knife against Joshua's chest, with too little pressure to kill him, but too much pressure not to hurt excruciatingly. The American boy yelled out in pain, helplessly kicking his legs in the faint hope that he could escape.

Seungcheol grinned. "This'll do the trick."

He carefully grabbed Joshua's severed skin and tugged at it, Joshua's screams getting louder and louder. The pain was hell. He'd rather die than face another second of this.

And meanwhile, Mingyu watched, frozen against the wall, unable to tear his eyes away from the grotesque sight in front of him.

Joshua closed his eyes tightly. His insides were exposed now. It was disgusting.

He froze when he felt a cold hand on his heart. "You won't be needing this any longer." said Seungcheol.

Without further word, he ripped it out, Joshua screaming louder than ever. He knew he wouldn't be alive for much longer.

"Mingyu! You have to survive for us!" he cried. "For everyone!"

Mingyu's wide eyes were filled with terror, his face paler than a ghost. "Hyung!"

"Mingyu!"

Joshua was gone. Mingyu contemplated his two options. He could run, like a coward- or he could go down fighting. For everyone. For Vernon, for Dokyeom, for Jihoon, for Minghao, for Jeonghan, for Chan, for Soonyoung, for Junhui, for Joshua, even for Seungkwan. And most importantly, for Wonwoo.

For Wonwoo. For Wonwoo.

He launched himself on top of Seungcheol, but the elder quickly pinned him to the ground. Mingyu started punching Seungcheol's face, feeling blood drip onto his body. Nothing else mattered. He had to be strong for Wonwoo. He may be no match for this ruthless killer before him, but it didn't matter. He wouldn't go down without a fight.

"You killed everyone." he choked, tears streaming down his bloody face. "Because of you, eleven people will never get to live their lives. Haven't you ever wondered what that would be like for you?"

"No." shrugged Seungcheol.

"Then why would you do this?"

"You see, Mingyu, I was happy once." said Seungcheol. "But there was one thing bringing me down from achieving true happiness- you and our classmates. Since I was the oldest, all the responsibility was pinned on me. And I couldn't take it. So I decided to get rid of you all. I started with our teacher to make you run. That way, I could kill you, and no one would ever know. And one by one, they all fell. It's your turn, Kim Mingyu. Unless, of course, you would like to join my side. I'll let you live if you come to the dark side."

"Never!" shouted Mingyu, pushing Seungcheol off him.

"Then you can die." smirked Seungcheol. He punched Mingyu in the face, and the younger collapsed, wincing in pain.

"Once you're unconscious, you can't fight." said Seungcheol.

Mingyu could feel himself slipping away slowly. His vision became blurrier and blurrier, until finally, everything went black.

Seungcheol laughed and grabbed him by the shirt, dragging him to the door no one else had seen. He pulled out the key, threw Mingyu into the dark, damp closet, and locked the door behind him, chuckling to himself as he walked away. Mingyu would die. They were all dead, and he was at the head of it all.

Finally.
