~(Nobody's pov)~

Today was a training day for the Task Force, except for Keegan and some other team members that Echo didn't know of. Echo wrapped her wrists up with new bandages. She was sat on a bench as there was sparring going on. Ghost had a random guy pinned down to the ground. His hand was pressing the back of his head into the mat while his knee shoved into his back.

"Next up is Echo and Soap." Price was clinging onto his pen while writing down stats from the last spar. She stood up with confidence, knowing that Soap wasn't ready for what she could do.

As the fight started, Soap went for the first punch to the gut, but Echo wrapped her hand around his fist, stopping him. The girl snaked her open hand around his arm, pulling him close. She let go of the hand around his fist and moved it to his back to push him down. He slammed into the mat with a loud groan, her elbow pushing into his neck.

He rolled over onto his back, gripping her wrist while landing a kick to her stomach. The kick sent her stumbling back, still catching herself. She got hit a couple of times, but it ended with her pinning him onto the mat. Her elbow was pressed into his neck, and her hands held his above his head.

"Echo wins," Price spoke as she released Soap from her grip, then helped him up. After a few more battles, Echo ends up victorious, beating even Ghost. She took some rough punches to the jaw and chest from him, but she found a weak spot and used it to her advantage.

The group all sat in the cafeteria, eating dinner together. Keegan appeared from around the corner with the teammate as they got back from the mission. He eyed Echo while entering Price's office. Echo left for her room after a bit of sitting around.

She felt a presence following her along the way, recognizing the sound of Keegans boots. "Can I help you, Mr. Russ?" The girl turned around after stopping. "You shouldn't be here. You're just a weak blind girl," Keegan mutters as he walks past her, slamming into her arm while walking.
