Third Person POV
"Sixty-six... sixty-seven ...sixty-eight ..." Grayson groans as he struggles to lift the barbell that is wielding 50-pound weights on each side off his chest. "Sixty-nine..." He says with shaky arms as he successfully lifts the barbell and then carefully lowers it back down on his chest. He usually does 60 bench presses whenever he works out but this time he pushed himself to do 70.

'One more Grayson. Cmon.' He encourages himself. He heavily exhales.
"Seve-"
"Grayson!" Ethan opens the door to the gym room and shouts out his brother's name.
Surprised by Ethan's sudden and loud yells, Grayson's body jumps, making the heavy weights he's holding waver dangerously close to his face. He regains control of the barbell just in time to prevent a potential disaster. "BRO! WHAT THE FUCK?!!?" Grayson expresses his intense anger with a deep growl in his voice.
"Shit! Sorry bro."
Grayson sits up on the bench press and gives Ethan a deadly stare. His eyes narrow, his jaw clenches, and his nose flairs as he takes one giant furious exhale. "What?! I said I was sorry!" Ethan says as he raises his hands.
"Just tell me what you want!" Grayson says in annoyance. He grabs his water bottle from the floor and desperately chugs down all the water. Completely exhausted and sweaty from his workout.
"I was gonna ask if you could bring this chicken noodle soup up to Jayden's room." Ethan hands Grayson a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a metal spoon inside, and crackers on the side.
"Wait what? Why?" Grayson looks down at the food with a confused expression on his face.
"Jayden texted me earlier this morning saying that he was feeling sick and he was gonna be resting in bed the entire day. So I made some soup for him." Ethan explains.
"But-"
"Enough stalling!" Ethan sternly says. "Give him the soup before it gets cold!" He commands Grayson.
Before Grayson could get another word out, Ethan was already halfway out the door. Leaving Grayson the responsibility to go upstairs and hand Jayden the soup. Ethan didn't even give Grayson the chance to dry himself off or at least let him change into some different clothes. He was left with no choice but to go upstairs' completely sweaty and wearing nothing but some loose basketball shorts.
