~3RD PERSON POV~

Hinata was filled with a nervous but happy energy as he stood at Daichi's bedroom door, Daichi's mom let him in the house. He knocked before waiting for his crush to open the door. His heart pounded in his chest and his head felt dizzy but he couldn't let this chance just pass by. No, this way the time he would finally make his move. As Daichi opened his bedroom door and saw Hinata, he smiled at him. "Oh hey Hinata," Daichi smiled. "Hey, uhm, can I talk to you for a moment?" Hinata looked a bit more nervous then he did before.

"Uh sure come in." Daichi stepped aside and let Hinata inside his room. Hinata took a deep breath and started to speak. "I... Uhm, well, I... I just wanted to..." Daichi sat down on his bed and crossed his legs, nodding encouragingly at Hinata to begin. Hinata's heart pounded in his chest. Should he... No, it's too scary. But he had already come this far he can't back down now. Suga-san and Kageyama would be mad if he wasted his chance. "I like you, Daichi," Hinata said. Daichi's eyes widened.

Hinata felt his face flush in embarrassment but he continued speaking. "A-and I was wondering if you felt the same way about me as I do...I don't mean to make things awkward between us but..." Hinata trailed off as if he had exhausted his supply of courage with his confession. All that was left for Daichi was to respond but he just sat there frozen.

Daichi thought for a moment. He hadn't expected Hinata to admit his feelings like this but he couldn't say he was surprised. He had already been certain that Hinata felt this way towards him and if he was being completely honest...he might feel the same towards Hinata. He slowly stood up from his bed and walked towards Hinata.

"Hinata, i like you too," Daichi whispered, bringing himself closer. He placed his hands on Hinata's cheeks and leaned forward. Hinata's eyes widened with a surprised and happy look as Daichi brought their faces even closer before finally kissing Hinata with a sweet kiss on his lips. As their lips parted, Hinata smiled and looked into Daichi's eyes before bringing his own hands onto Daichi's cheeks, pulling him in for another kiss soft, sweet kiss.

They kissed for a long yet slow time, both of them enjoying each other's presence and the moment they were having together. Finally, they pulled their lips apart and Daichi brought in Hinata's head to rest against his chest. He cradled Hinata for a long moment before pulling away as they looked into each other's eyes. Soon, Hinata broke the silence and spoke. "I wish this moment could last forever," Hinata whispered, still pressed against Daichi's chest. Daichi laughed slightly as he tightened his arms around Hinata. "Don't worry," Daichi reassured him. "You and I will be together forever."

Hinata smiled sweetly as he looked up at Daichi. "I love you, Daichi," Hinata whispered gently unsure if it was to soon to say those words. Daichi's cheeks became flushed as his heart pounded in his chest. Never in a million years would he have thought someone as cute and caring as Hinata would have liked him, let alone love him. But, somehow, the universe had a way of surprising him. "I love you too, Hinata," Daichi whispered back, pulling Hinata up into a loving embrace once again.

Hinata snuggled close into Daichi's embrace, his face buried into Daichi's chest. Daichi laughed and kissed Hinata's head. He loved the feeling of Hinata being snuggled into him, the scent of Hinata's Strawberry scented shampoo filling his nose as the two moved to sit on Daichi's bed, holding onto each other. Hinata sat up now on Daichi's lap and grabbed Daichi's hands. "Daichi, I was wondering... if we could have our first date tomorrow?" Hinata looked up at Daichi with a sheepish smile.

"Our first date... tomorrow?" Daichi repeated quietly, a small smile stretching across his face. He felt his heart flutter a bit as he felt a wave of excitement wash over him. He was going to finally take Hinata on a date, just the two of them, without any of the distraction of their friends or teammates. He couldn't wait to see how the day would go. "Yes, tomorrow... Is that alright with you?" Hinata asked excitedly, hoping that Daichi would want to go on a date with him.

"Of course, I'd love to go on a date with you, Hinata." Daichi said with a small confident smile. He looked at Hinata again, his face showing a sense of determination. Daichi wanted to make sure that this date was memorable for the two of them. He wanted to make sure that Hinata would remember this date for the rest of his life. "What should we do for our date, is there anything you want to do specifically?" Daichi asked curiously, hoping to hear Hinata's ideas, if the boy had any of course.

Hinata thought about this for a moment. He wanted to choose something that he and Daichi could both enjoy doing but also wanted to do something fun as it was their first date. After a few moments of deliberation, Hinata had an idea. "I know!," Hinata said excitedly. "There's this new arcade I heard about not to far from here. We can go there and play some games together! is that ok?" Hinata said as he looked at Daichi with eager excitement and hope in his eyes with a bright smile on his face.

Daichi looked at Hinata with curiosity and thought to himself. ("An arcade with Hinata...") it sounded like an interesting and fun way to spend there first date. "That sounds like fun," Daichi finally said. He smiled softly at Hinata. The thought of playing games with Hinata seemed heartwarming. Plus, Daichi knew he'd have an easy time beating Hinata at most games. But there was something more important than winning: spending time with his new boyfriend on their first ever date... "Sure! I'd love to go to the arcade with you, Hinata," Daichi said.
