Nancy's POV-
"Danny, they should be here by now. You don't think something happened, do you?"
"I'm pretty sure that nothing happened. I think that you should quit worrying about it. It's probably nothing."
I can't help but think that she will not want to be here, or that she won't believe it's really us. Danny keeps on saying to think positive, but I think he is trying to convince himself. I say this because he is staring at the door of the main room in deep thought, and he usually doubts any kind of pain that you accuse him of. So I wasn't about to try to comfort him. I wasn't going to go down that road, but then, he just breaks. He breaks down and cries more tears than I've ever seen. It was more water than in the whole entire ocean. I can tell he is crying because there are bubbles of tears that are repeatedly rising from him to the surface of the water. I could tell then he wasn't going to doubt the pain this time. This time, everything would be opened.
