The biggest explosion by far occurred on the Takoba Municipal Beach, right next to the coastline. On the raging shore, the bodies of the Konoha 11 fell from a void in space and down onto the sand which rose up to catch them. The shinobi immediately jumped into formation, ready to take on anything.
"Oh look! Those pipsqueaks from the Leaf are here too," a gruff voice mocked.
Fear and unease propagated through the ranks of the young genin on recognizing the voice and seeing those it belonged to.
The kids from the Sand? Shikamaru growled. We're not ready for that.
"Hello Naruto," Gaara's gruff voice greeted.
"Gaara, what are you doing here?" Naruto shouted loudly, causing Shikamaru and others to wince. "This isn't another plan by the Hidden Sand, is it?" he asked, drawing a kunai as the others also got on edge.
"Stand down!" Temari ordered slamming the butt of her fan into the sand. "We're as confused as you are. I can only guess why Gaara would save you instead of letting you drop face first into the sand."
Her comment received a side-eye from Gaara which sent shivers down her spine and made her reconsider.
"Come to think of it, where are we?" Ino asked.

Gaara (13M). Quirk: Unknown. Quirk Description: Gaara can create and manipulate sand using his energy, allowing him to trap and crush his enemies. He has immense energy due to his inner monster which prevents him from falling asleep.
The Konoha 11 and the Sand Siblings turned away from the sea to inspect the world they'd landed in. Next to the coastline near the beach was a giant jungle of concrete, with buildings larger than any they'd ever seen reaching into the skies. The noise from there was intimidating, with honking, puffing and trottling noises that they could barely comprehend.
"The density of people here is several times more than the Hidden Leaf," Neji noted. "Their chakra signatures are more on the weaker side, save a few more powerful ones."
"How could a city like this go unnoticed by the Five Great Villages?" Sakura wondered. "It's so massive."
"Do you think Orochimaru is involved with this?" Ino asked.
